A few days ago workers at Chipotle remembered me from previous visits. This impressed me.
Portions are generous and the food, enough for two meals, is delicious.
Last evening was “Back Home BOGO” night. The restruant was packed. The serving line didn’t go “out the door” but snaked into the dining area.
McKayla remembered my name and my order. The food was fresh, and tasty while the portions were large.
True, we had to wait in line, but we were very happy with the food and price. I think many other customers were pleased too!

This is my favorite Chipotle location. The workers are always so nice and give good portions, I’ve never felt skimped here. The food is always fresh. Today they went above and beyond. One of the men who works there saw that I am currently pregnant and added a free drink to my meal. Such a small act of kindness but it made my day and is just another reason I love this location.

Ordered a $300 catering order to be ready at 11:30AM, when I arrived they told me it was not ready. They said it would be a 20 minute wait because “there was another catering order and a line of people in the store”. While I understand, the point of placing the catering order 24 hours in advance was to avoid a wait when getting the food. Still, I get it – stuff happens. When my order was finally ready, what I assume was the manager set the food down and walked away. Not a word to me, no customer service, no offers to help me load the food into my car (this isn’t required, but would have been appreciated). As I was gathering the order, trying to figure out the best way to carry it out to my car, the same employee calls out to me from behind the counter, “You still need to pay for that!” As if I wasn’t going to? Made me very uncomfortable, since now the entire place was looking at me like I was trying to dine and dash with a catering order.
The food was delicious, as expected. The employee at the register was very apologetic and accommodating, even if her manager was not so much. I don’t expect a welcome committee, but a little customer service would have gone a long way in this interaction and it just wasn’t there.

This place has very ugly attitudes. A kid with black hair, light skin and black glasses was very rude to me when picking up an order. This lady stepped in (in the pic) had my order ready but didn’t want to give it to me. It was sitting on the counter and she ignored me. Said she didn’t have to to give me the order until she was ready. And if i didnt like it, I can go elsewhere. I’ve been going to this chipotle since it opened in 2002 and this is by far the worse staff. Get rid of them and get your customers back Chipotle!

So me and my wife thought we take a walk and we go to Chipotle we got the barbacoa bowl you got two of those service suck. The guys were kind of rude. They’re digging at the bottom of the vat for the scraps and they were going to service that and my wife said no she wanted fresh meat and the One of the employees looked at her like what am I supposed to do? The other one took charge and went to the other side on the to-go station and got some more meat from there. Service is really bad and the food is getting real skimpy here. I took video of how much meat they gave us and to be honest Chipotle has really gone downhill. They used to give you a crap ton of meat and now it’s getting real skimpy. That’s not a good way to keep your business or your customers happy. So all in all I give this place about a 1

Staff is extremely rude at this location. As seen by recent reviews. The supervisor glared at me when I walked in and was watching the server as they handed out portions in my bowl. I had to ask twice for extra veggies. The cheese and guac portions were also small. I asked nicely to please put the normal amount, when I did this the supervisor watching the crew sighed and glared at me again. Will not be visiting this location again.

Simply the worst chipotle I have been too. We got in line around 7 and they were out of chicken for 5 minutes. No problem. We waited and it was nice and hot. Gentlemen putting together the orders was great but unfortunately that was the end of the good news. Stood at the register waiting to be rang up for the meals. 3 workers in the back were on their phones laughing and goofing off while we just stood there. Finally the gentlemen that helped us out yelled at them for the second time and he slowly walked up and rang us up.
Got over to the soda machine/ condiment area. A complete disaster. 2 sodas were out of order and no ice in the machine as well. This was about 3 hours to close still and they had none of the specialty lemonades/limeades available. Zero napkins were stocked, everything else was very low. The trash was overflowing, about 75% of the tables were dirty. Seems like customer service isn’t even on their radar, as well as cleanliness. It’s evident that they don’t care one bit about your experience, or their job as a whole. 3/6 employees were actually doing their job, as the owner you could basically be saving half the labor for the same amount of work. There are way better chipotles around. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to a different one.

Before we ordered we asked if we could use a free guac coupon with the Halloween $6 burritos, they said yes no problem. So wife and i ordered with guac and we get to the front and they tell us we cant. We say well your employee just told us we could. She gets really rude and says well you cant. So feel like we got screwed out of $6. There is a reason for the low reviews here. Avoid this place

I don’t want to group think here but I completely agree with the other 1 star reviews especially with Angel D. Recently I had the same experience as him with the same worker as well. I placed a mobile order and as I was going inside to pick it up I was greeted with the nastiest look no hi or hello…which I can understand that as I am someone who works in the customer service industry as well..but she was straight up rude. Chipotle please reconsider your employees for better service for the customers.

The only thing I can say is the food was on time. I mobile ordered and selected utensils. I picked up my food, got to my location and now I have to leave where I’m at find a convenience store that just happened to have plastic silverware so I could eat it. Also like somebody just threw everything on the line in a bowl. Not to mention it was cold
