I’m probably not the best person to do a review for smashed burgers in general because I love them, but Smashburger always does a great job with them. Our cashier, Marlayna, was awesome, friendly and patient. We wanted to make a few tweaks to our order and she was very accommodating. Would come back frequently if we lived in the area.

The smashburger on Almadea was out of Black Bean burgers so we came here and loved it! Super cute Halloween decorations (see pictures) and a welcoming environment. Conveniently located near Red Rocks we always grab extra food to bring in the venue and they were very accommodated to our special order. Vegetarian options and more!

Food was great, service was slow as most of the staff had their faces buried in their cellphones. Every single table needed to be cleaned, so we took our food out to eat in the car.

Great product. Great concept. Great location. Great promotions and rewards. Unfortunately, it is run by the youth of America, who are not trained and seem to be passing the time. They make it seem like every order is to be handled like it was the first order ever.
All three visits had order errors. My last order got bagged with another order due to the young cashier deciding that myself and the lady infront of me were together. I guess if you talk to someone for 7 minutes in line, you are together. I was then handed a customer inspected bag of burgers to eat. I hope the franchisee dials this place in. It could be hyper successful. After sharing the story with a friend. She echoed my sentiments. She said the employees in the neighboring hospital have the same feedback and love smash burger but do not visit due to substandard staff. Please fix this. I hope you are still open on my next visit to Lakewood.

I love Smashburger! One of the best fast food chains, I love how I can customize my burger and their Smash fries, so tasty! Also, they’ve been always pretty fast with my order and friendly with me and the food tastes pretty healthy & genuine to be a fast food restaurant! I had a problem with my order just once, they forgot to put bacon in my burger but when I told them it arrived at my table super fast, hot and crunchy, thumbs up!

Ordered through Uber Eats, I paid for a Spicy Baja Burger and my daughter ordered an egg on her burger. I got a classic smash delivered and my daughter didn’t get the egg on her burger. At least my husband and son got their right order!
