This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. I am a regular Starbucks customer that goes to Starbucks almost every single day. and I always have issues with this Starbucks. The customer service is very bad and the workers are very slow. I had put in a mobile order for a simple coffee, I put it in 50 minutes before I had to go to work. in those 50 minutes, the drink still wasn’t ready. Apparently the system was down. I waited and waited and waited. at this point, I’m 10 minutes late for work and then I asked for a refund and the worker tells me that she can’t give me one because the system is down so I want my money back.

Great workers, great service, but the store is absolutely freezing!!! I have a thick long sleeve shirt and cable knit sweater on and i started shivering while waiting for my drink. Everyone is wearing their coats inside the store.

When you walk into the store all they do is greet you. After that good luck. Such rude people work here. I just started doing door dash and the women inside the store treat you as if you’re invisible. Will never accept another door dash from this place. Also no one even confirms the order. I could be anyone walking in there grabbing the bag and leaving.

I had a disappointing experience with Charlie in the drive-thru today. I’m a regular customer and always order the same drink, but she informed me over the speaker that my cup would not be filled up. When I reached the window, I was given a half-filled drink. I chose not to pay and left. This experience fell far below the customer service standards. This has happened before, but they have always fixed it for me. Today, I guess Charlie was having a bad day and taking it out on the customers.

Went through the drive-thru and got a couple of gift cards. They said what’s the occasion I told her one’s in colleges and one for someone who isn’t feeling well. She said oh too bad someone’s not feeling well I’m going to find some cards that are appropriate for those two people. How sweet is that!

Just left after ordering a custom drink. Watched what I assume is the manager and an employee, look over the sticker on my drink as he was making it and make comments about it and me before looking up and asking if I’m the person the drink is for. Will be filing a complaint with corporate. To not be welcome in a Starbucks for fear of judgement or rude comments is a bit beyond me.

Every time I visit this location, there is consistently water all over the floor in and around the bathroom area, which is both unpleasant and a safety hazard.
Today, I placed an order at 2:27, (1 grande iced green tea lemonade), and it wasn’t ready until 3:01.
It’s clear that improvements could be made in the management and overall oversight of this store.

The past few times I’ve ordered here off of Uber Eats, they NEVER get my drink right. I always order an iced matcha with matcha cold foam, and the cold foam cost extra. My past few orders I’ve wasted money adding on the cold foam and I never get the cold foam on my drink. They even make the drink with extra space as if that’s where the cold foam was meant to go, then it’s like they just forget to do it and give me a drink that isn’t even full. Other than this the matcha itself is great, I just wish I could get exactly what I ordered without a portion of my drink also being missing. The photo I provided is the drink I got, completely untouched by me, just to show how much space is in the cup. You can also see the CF label and how it was completely ignored.

I had a pick-up order and my drinks were not good. They forgot to add caramel drizzle and caramel crunch. Usually, they remake the drink but yesterday at this location they asked me to pop the top and just added it on top. I’ve been spoiled w better service I guess.

CONSTANTLY made my drink wrong and gave me regular milk instead of oat milk. I’ve literally watched them make my drink with whole milk and when I called them out on it, they tried to gaslight me and say that they didn’t use regular milk. I didn’t want to argue and took the drink anyway. Sure enough, it was whole milk and my 3x toilet run confirmed it. How hard is it to make a plain coffee frapp with oatmilk?
