We visited Virtu last year whilst in town for business and headed back a year later, this time to try their specialty, roasted Calabrian suckling pig. The meal started off with a huge charcuterie board, followed by salad, pasta, wonderful grilled sausages and then the main event. They brought the pig in with a carving set and said have at it….and we did! Concluded with assortment of unique and delicious desserts. I would highly recommend the experience but would also recommend at least eight diners. Enjoy!

We were a large group and was so grateful that Virtu could accommodate us! For appetizers we ordered the hamachi crudo, asparagus, octopus and the burrata. The asparagus was very good and loved the charred vegetable. It was very rich though so make sure to pair it with a lighter main. The octopus and burrata were ok for me. Ordered the scallops for my main and they were nicely cooked. The Brussels sprouts and cauliflower served with it was underwhelming though. Got the sticky toffee cake for dessert and it was very good but too sweet for my personal taste. All in all food was awesome and really appreciated the care and thoughtful preparation of each dish!

The asparagus dish is what put the chef on the map they told me and I highly recommend it because it was absolutely over the top delicious. Pork chops were perfectly cooked, the fish was clean and super crispy. And both the sticky coffee pudding and the butterscotch pudding are things I’ll remember forever. Beautiful setting and great service. Photos will not do this restaurant justice, you just need to come here and at least try the asparagus and two desserts. Also dog friendly!

Our dinner at Virtù Honest Craft started with a small mix-up — the wrong dish was brought out on my wife’s birthday. The staff immediately owned it, apologized sincerely, and went above and beyond by comping both plates.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a cozy, romantic atmosphere that feels special the moment you walk in. We ordered the crudo, asparagi, anatra, and manzo — every dish was incredible, full of layered flavors and beautifully presented.
Despite the initial hiccup, we left impressed and grateful for the way they turned things around.

Virtu is typically a special occasion spot for my wife and I. The drinks are amazing, the food is immaculate, and other restaurants can learn a thing or two about service from these guys. The ribeye is always delicious and typically a staple when we do go. The octopus and bufala were also hits when we go. I will say this, my wife was sad to see the ice queen had been taken off the drink menu, but our bartender actually whipped it up for her! That was a really cool move on her part, but I’d recommend putting it back in rotation! Who would have thought black pepper in a cocktail would be so good?!

Excellent experience, wonderful service, perfectly prepared food, Excellent options, great drinks and romantic atmosphere. It’s a dining experience and highly recommend you let the chef do their thing! Octopus perfectly charred and flavorful. Branding was delicious. Desserts where perfectly size and beautiful presentation. Really can’t say enough positive about Virtu. Perfect experience and we’ll worth it!!

Absolutely delicious! We had such a wonderful evening last night at Virtù in Scottsdale visiting with friends. We ended up doing their 5 course meal to try more from the menu and wow was it incredible! We had 6 guests in our party and every dish was perfectly crafted and full of different tastes. If you’re in the area you have to visit, perfect date night spot, upscale family gatherings and feels like you’re stepping right into a little restaurant in Italy. A must see!

An exquisite five-course experience from start to finish. Each dish was thoughtfully composed and beautifully executed, beginning with a perfectly charred octopus—tender, smoky, and impeccably balanced. The filet mignon was truly exceptional, cooked to perfection and paired with crisp, delicate potato croquettes that elevated the dish even further. The best I have ever tasted with perfectly aged balsamic glaze! Dessert was a standout: a luxurious panettone bread pudding finished with aged balsamic, offering a refined interplay of sweetness and depth that lingered long after the final bite. Every course was memorable, and the evening was made even more enjoyable by Nicholas, our waiter, whose politeness, knowledge, and attentive service added a graceful touch to an already outstanding dining experience. A meal to savor and remember!
