Be for real. Don’t mobile order here and don’t DoorDash or pickup your own DoorDash because they won’t help you after they give you scraps. I had burnt burnt quesadillas and plastic in my salsa I usually don’t like to complain but the fact that customer service said they can’t even talk to the store about it to remake my food, I’m over the bs. I paid to get almost an empty salad bowl as well like as if lettuce is too expensive to serve a normal eatable portion, that’s the main part of a salad bowl??? I usually let things go but the almost eating plastic part got me heated. Do better chipotle, and don’t act like you can cut portions because it’s a mobile order and not expect customers to wanna come back.

The food was great, and the store, and most of the team members were wonderful. However, during my visit today, I noticed one employee(looked like she was new, and she was cashier) who seemed disengaged and resistant when
her supervisor addressed a mistake. As I was checking out, her coworkers quietly told her she might get them fired, and she responded, “I don’t care.”
I wanted to share this because there are many people who would appreciate the opportunity to work here, and it would be unfortunate for one person’s attitude to affect the rest of the team.

I just bought rice with black bean sauce. Yes! Just the sauce no beans because my small kids can’t eat the beans. Nikayla charged me 19.03 for 2 bowls. I told her it’s just sauce and white rice but she charged me for 2 veggie bowls. This is robbery and horrible rude service when I questioned the price. Chipotle needs to do better and hire reasonable thinking staff. Please don’t say reach out because you know management does not care and they never resolves customer issues.

I ordered a steak salad for pickup and unfortunately not too sure but it was very salty. Someone must have drop the salt on the vegetables. Also my chips were broken pieces I could not use it for the guacamole. Next I will not order on line.

Step one: run out of chicken.
Step two: let the customer start their order without mentioning that you’re out of chicken. Only after the order is halfway done, casually drop the news. (Customer even offers to wait.)
Step three: tell the customer that they can’t wait for the fresh chicken that’s literally on the way because—quote—‘paid meals waiting.’
Step four: force an up-charge for another protein instead.
The grand finale? The customer watches chicken being served to others while walking out the door.
10/10 experience.

On 11/8/25 I went to this chipotle and ordered 2 bowls and my food was horrible my rice to overcooked and the meat had a nasty taste so later on in the week tried to call the store to complain but the number redirects you to customer care where I spoke to someone and filed a complaint he advised me to go back to the store and they were going to replace all my food so I did that when it was time to check out they ask me to pay for the additional items which was guacamole and chimi churi sauce I scanned the coupon that was giving to me by customer service but it did not cover those additional items so I told the staff TYLER a girl that the representative told me to have the store to replace my entire meal and I showed her the receipt. That experience was so horrible I was embarrassed the girl refused to let me walk out the store with those additional items even though the items was covered she as in TYLER the girl was very extremely rude that store customer service sucks I know I’m mad because I never give bad reviews chipotle y’all have to do better. And I want my meal replaced just because the disrespect that was towards me for no reason by TYLER she needs to go back to training on how to deal with customers complaints

The servers are usually very efficient. Food is always good and fresh. My main pet peeve is they need to wipe the counters more frequently. This can be a turn-off. Prices are rising but still pretty reasonable.
