I’ve been a customer at Chipotle for a long time, and this was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at this location. I ordered my usual meal and simply asked for my lettuce and sour cream on the side instead of on the bowl. These are free toppings that normally come with the meal, and I’ve done this at Chipotle many times without any issue.
This time, however, I was charged for an “extra side” just because I asked for those toppings on the side. What made the situation worse was the employee’s attitude. When I questioned the charge, she showed no care or willingness to explain and acted as if my concern didn’t matter at all.
It’s not about the small amount of money—it’s about the principle and the customer service. Charging customers extra for free toppings simply because they are placed on the side doesn’t feel right and is inconsistent with every other Chipotle experience I’ve had. The lack of professionalism and disregard for the customer made the experience even more disappointing.
I hope management or corporate reviews situations like this because it reflects poorly on the brand. Customers shouldn’t feel dismissed or unfairly charged over something so simple

Ordered a double chicken bowl in the app for pickup in store. I noticed the bowl was kind of light. So I opened the lid to check. They didn’t even fill the bowl to the brim. There was barely any rice. And the bowl was missing FIVE ingredients. As for the chicken, it was cold, super salty, and tasted like it was boiled instead of grilled.

Guy at the front had terrible customer service. Didn’t catch his name but was a tall caucasian guy with glasses. I asked for lime juice and said “he wasn’t able to get for me” I asked why and he stated “I have been told it’s unsanitary for me to get that while I’m up front. I simply responded with “well get me someone who can” and he proceeded to get me lime juice….. so I guess he was able to after all. 7pm on a Tuesday night. Not busy at all.

Alright now! You guys are a newly opened restaurant. I usually order from the Broadway location in Pearland. I decided to order here because its closer to my home. I ordered a Chipotle bowl with chicken, black beans and some more items. The chicken was really charred. I thought maybe I ate a corner and it wasn’t a big deal but several pieces of the chicken were charred. It wasn’t alot of chicken but it seemed as if they gave me a double order of the black beans. The sour cream was very watery. I also ordered a salad with fajita meat and extra fixings. I literally had 6 pieces of salad! I’m not sure whose in charge of this location but you guys are gonna have to really get your business in order. This quality of food is unacceptable! If this continues, you won’t make it in this area. I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I didnt go into this location. The next location is only 4 minutes away. Do better or DONT do at all!

Place was clean. Went for a veggie salad bowl. The salad was half covered with the burrito tortillas. Which was a red flag. Contamination I thought but I convinced myself it’s just lettuce & the brown rice was not thoroughly cooked.
Later the next day, I became nauseous & my stomach was in so much pain, I was going to go to urgent care. I had vomited & pooped everything from Chipotle out. Down to the salad dressing. Never have I experienced this from any Chipotle until now. Just this location.

Poor customer service. I walked into the location on a Monday evening around 6:30pm. Got my order all wrong. I ordered adult quesadilla but gave me a kids quesadilla without melting the cheese. Barley filled up my sides, steak was dry (overcooked) no flavor. Language barriers are an issue here and need to be addressed. I won’t be visiting this location again, I will return to the other location closer to 518 on Pearland.pkwy.

For a new location go elsewhere. Ordered a bowl at 8pm… was told they were out of cheese. So I asked are you sure..he was like yeah we are done. Mind you..they close at 11pm. Went in to refill drinks 15minutes later and they magically had cheese appear. No customer service work attitude. Definitely prefer the Spencer location near Rayburn HS. Waaaay more quality and service!!!
