i go here a lot and it’s good but today i came at 5:40 am which is after opening and got no service, lights were off inside and no employees in the store. i am very disappointed in one of my favorite fast food establishments.

The ordering kiosk was directly next to a dining table. I’m not understanding that setup. But since there were folks eating at the table, it was odd to be a couple inches away from them as I was using the kiosk. Literally about two inches from them. Even more odd to be stared at by the curious elementary school age child in that party. She innocently stood up and leaned into me to watch what I was doing on the screen. Needless to say, with this unexpected observer, it took me much longer to order. And the adults in the group took this opportunity as free babysitting and didn’t rail her away.
McD should move the dining table or move the ordering kiosk so to not have them side by side in close proximity to each other.
I got my food quickly. Too quick perhaps. The fries were lukewarm, soft, and white-ish in color vs hot, crisp, and golden.

I usually use the drive thru at this location. For a few months, I was picking up breakfast here on a weekly basis. I had no issues with my drive thru orders. The food came out hot and neatly packaged. No items were missed. The staff were courteous and helpful.
Reminder: On the weekends, lunch service begins at 11am. During the week, it begins at 10:30am.

Going through the drive through and ordered food. Once I got to the last window I made sure to ask the worker if all of the food was in the bag. He said yes. Got all the way home and was missing 20 piece nuggets. Had to drive all the way back to McDonald’s – which is more frustrating when you have 5 kids and 3 of them are babies

It was so bad. I went there with my friends to relax and eat. We ordered Happy Meals and they put different toy, but it is still ok. Then I understood that I have a Diet Coke instead of just Coke. What if I had an allergy??? At the end I found HAIR in my nuggets. Our mood was ruined. Usually it’s good clean place to just eat. I like this McDonalds, and I hope you will solve this problem.

They require you to use the kiosk, you can’t order talking to an actual human. Then after you have wasted all that time, you can then only pay with a human at the register. This sucks
