2/27/2026 – It was crazy busy cars wrapped around, 3 spaces to park and 2 empty tables busy. We didn’t have to wait long to order, there was only 1 family in front of us so that only took a few minutes. We didn’t wait to sit, as soon as someone got up the table was cleaned, floors and bathrooms were clean as well.
Our food was brought out hot and fresh in about 15 minutes. The food was very very good , everyone was friendly and really some of the best customer service we have gotten in Owensboro in quite awhile. I ended up ordering more food to take to my daughter, it was that good. It was pretty loud inside though as there were a lot of screaming kids but…..
I want to say I appreciate the effort it took to make such an enjoyable meal, I know it wasn’t easy as busy as you were but it was a nice , enjoyable meal.
I will be eating here more often. Thank you.
p.s. the cheesecake…enough said

“Due to a shortage of pennies, your orders will be rounded” , yeah, it’s rounded in the stores favor, not the customer. Meaning, that by the end of the day the store has made a profit by stealing from the customer! Burger King is actually rounding in the customer favor. A multi million dollar company has found it acceptable to make even more money by stealing. Because let’s face it, it’s theft. It’s only a few pennies (said a staff member), but do the math. 100 customers, .02¢/customer=$2.00×1,000 customers/week=$2,000extra/week. You just don’t want to go to the bank and get more pennies.
Also, I ordered a lasagna. There was absolutely no cheese. I have never gotten a lasagna that looked like this. Worst experience at Fazoli’s ever!!! I am never eating there again! And the bread sticks were under cooked! Bleh

I havent ate at Fazolis in over 20 years and I will say the food was okay unfortunately, my husband pasta was cold in the middle. My club sandwich was good. Not sure that its someplace I would return to being that its quick microwaved food. I hate that most restaurants got away from actually cooking on a grill. Overall everything was good.
My deepest condolences again to the cashier as she was so kind in saying she loved that my husband and I were dressed alike in purple and asked what was the occasion we kindly told her my mother in love passed away. The look in her eyes was so apologetic to learn that her mother passed away the day before . I pray that God heals her and her family.

Went to the Frederica location in Owensboro recently and was completely disgusted at how one of the “Managers” treated his fellow employees. One employee was making a to-go order while he stood behind only to then tell the employee to pay better attention to the customers. Coming from someone who used to Manage restaurants this should not be acceptable! I’ve seen this manager either speaking rudely to his employees, it was some big red-head man even asking one of his employees to “Wrestle” the dining room was a mess. He needs to either be fired or re-trained properly on how to be a manager. I usually dont prefer writing reviews like this but after seeing this multiple times it can’t go silenced.

First time at this Fazoli’s. We (my husband and I) were greeted warmly. Our food arrived fast and the order was correct. Seemed short of help clearing tables, but there was ample booth and table seating if you didn’t look at the floor under some of them (see photo). Can’t beat the breadsticks for the dine in price of a meal. Self-serve drinks, silverware, napkins. Alfredo sauce was unusually thin and bland. My husband said his spaghetti with meat sauce had an off taste. Not what we have come to expect from Fazoli’s.

Always a good taste, the kids really enjoy this place. The last time we was in there we was waited on like we was at a sit down restaurant I was really impressed and thi time thy seem to be much more occupied.
We did not receive as much attention at the table nor asked if wanted more breadsticks.

It was awful. They’ve changed something. Idk what but it’s not tasty anymore. Price wasn’t bad but me and my neighbor went yesterday and were both sick the rest of the day. I even had dry heaves at Walmart! Idk what did it but both of us were sick. Never again!!

Amazing food and service. Im not sure if we just came in at a bad time. But the dinning area wasn’t very clean. Most the tables where not clean, an still had dirty dishes on them. Some tables just hadn’t been wiped down .

I always enjoy Fazoli’s when I am in a location where they have one. It’s kind of a fast food Italian. Prices are average and the food is good. Just remember this is not a fancy Italian restaurant.

I was in Owensboro KY again and I had to drop in to Fazoli’s again. Still a great place to pick up some spaghetti and those wonderful bread sticks. Yum!

Service excellent. I walked in and i was enthusiastically greeted by the two people at the counter. I ordered the lunch special, which was $5.35. That price includes two main courses, which anywhere else, one piece would be enough for a meal. The price also includes 2 bread sticks, and a refillable small drink which was my choice of a Coke product. The food and the service both were outstanding. The value for the food alone was unbeatable. If you are in Owensboro KY and wanted something other than a burger for lunch, this should be at the top of the list.
