Ordered 4 Double Decker Taco Supremes and all 4 contained only a little meat and a few shreds of lettuce. Also ordered 2 hard taco supremes and they were on the bottom of the bag crushed.

Tried calling 3 separate times, heard the phone pick up and then dial tone. I just need to cancel me order but they cant be bothered to answer the phone. Now I have to dispute this with the card company. Ill never be back to Dunlap taco bell, I can brush off alot of nonsense, but physically hanging the phone up on me is too far. You dont want to deal with customers? Fine, me and my family wont be back.

I have ordered by the app twice and asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito EXTRA beef and LIGHT on the beans… this is what I get over half of it is only beens and no extra beef. Twice I have ordered this and twice this is what I get.

I go here pretty often as it’s the most convenient place to get a quick bite to eat after weekly obligations in the area. I will say “the good” with this location is I’ve usually had really full burritos and fillings in whatever I order. Other locations have barely given me any fillings so I consider this generosity a plus.

However, as of late, I’ve been really dissatisfied with my customer experience. Earlier today, we had to wait about 30 minutes total for them to get our order ready. I had a cheesy bean and rice burrito which is a cheap add on I like to get. But most of my burrito was just straight dry refried beans. No cheese sauce or rice. The little bit of that which was included, was on one side. I know this might be trivial but I’ve had better service here before.

More than the last few times, the employees behind the counter either didn’t know how to do simple math, or use the computer, and I was left standing while they asked for another employee to help them figure it out.

On this particular day, I watched as they prepared my burrito and placed it on the food counter which obviously hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. It looked like there was chunks of beans, meat, cheese, sauces, etc all over the place. The floor was also covered with tracked food spillings all over the place. It would be nice if they put a little more effort in being more professional and having a cleaner kitchen in general.

I don’t want to be that guy that finds issues with everything but I feel like this location and it’s customer’s have a right to know. Hopefully my review will be worth it, and that this location will up their standards.

Finally just stopped going here because the food is lackluster at best. You are rushed to give your order at the drive thru, which I was told when I pulled up to the window they are on a timer to get cars in and out. This could explain the ridiculous way food is served.

This visit was a 1 star. $22 for 2 people and the food quality was very below average. Food was cold. Tortillas hadn’t been warmed. Food portions were very small.

Ordered the nacho bell grande and told them minus meat add lettuce and extra nacho cheese. What I got was nachos with meat no lettuce and I’m a vegetarian also no receipt so I could even take it back and tell them it was wrong, I was never asked if I would like one or not I paid cash

I don’t understand how an order can be so messed up. I ask, “is the beans for the bean burrito fresh” employee says “yes” me: “awesome, I got cold bean burritos the last 2 times I’ve been here” employee hands me a cold and crusty bean burrito…… I also ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes, I got 2 soft tacos instead…… $29 spent on weird tasting Pepsi, a nasty, crusty, and cold old bean burrito I’m convinced has been passed around a truck stop, and 2 soggy soft tacos. And when you call them, they say we’ll “make it right” then literally don’t. What has happened to integrity, I understand it’s a job where you can be baked and still get paid but damn……. If I had poured their houses foundation with the same integrity they make food with, I’d be tied up in court until the point I couldn’t afford cinnamon twists.

Its been a few years since I worked at Taco Bell but it used to be a 60 second SOS goal. I just waited over 10 minutes for an order in the lobby. They have one woman taking front counter orders and making the food by herself while multiple people work on the drive through side. My food was not warm, my taco was soggy, irritating all around.
