Had a very nice burrito, in a steamed burrito, packed with self-selected ingredients from their menu. I had the brown rice, black beans and red beans, chicken al pastor, red hot sauce, lettuce and a couple others I don’t recall. They have a standard refillable drink selection. Definitely enough food for most folks in that one burrito. The chips are good as well. Servers were friendly and fast at “The Green” on 675 location we visited.

Had my tastebuds set for Chipotle but after being told to “wait a sec” while the person behind the counter vigorously cleaned and wiped the food area, then slowly went to wash their hands we decided to head across the street to Panera where we were served asap. While the cleaning was happening I noticed another person behind the wall grab a pair of disposable gloves while we waited for the cleaning to end but quickly disappear then finally saw a third person walk out slowly and start to say, “Have a nice day” when we walked out. I eat at different locations about once a week but have never experienced this until today. Very disappointing.

Well, I got to chipotle about five minutes before they open and it’s snowing out and it’s pretty cold inside. The gentleman came to the door and asked me if I wanted to stay inside and wait while they opened up and I said sure so as soon as I got in, oh guess what happened? I was in confronted by hostile chick who then told me that I needed to get outside and wait in the cold so for that, I think I’m officially done with chipotle as they have showed their true colors again after getting everybody sick on this killing a ton of people with their salmonella chicken and all chipotle but I know you don’t care but you are done. I am never gonna step in another one in my life.

First and last time eating here. Chicken and other toppings were so spicy couldn’t even eat any. Staff wasn’t friendly and was rushed picking what I wanted. Prices are high. No size selection or sauces

All I can say is don’t order extras on anything because they will purposely mess everything else up. I can see messing one thing up but the food we received was totally inedible.
1st bowl had no meat or beans on it but it did include a whole bay leaf.
2nd bowl looked like someone ate half of it with no sour cream or cheese. Actually, it really had barely anything in the bowl at all.
3rd bowl, not only did they seem to add everything we asked for in the other bowls, they even seemed to have included the bean juice as an extra. The meat was so hard you couldn’t even attempt to bite into it. We were hitting it in the counter and it sounded like a rock.
I would like to say that the queso we ordered was the only thing that was edible but unfortunately I can’t say that either. Literally everything in the order was awful. Not sure what is going on with this location, but the last two times we have ordered food there it has been terrible. Never again!

All the meat choices looked horrible just from the eye test. White rice is extremely under cooked every grain is hard in the middle. The fall off of chipotle needs to be studied. Staff and service was fine seems like every chipotle lost their quality in food.

The rice was undercooked with a lot of hard, crunchy pieces. It was pretty disgusting. I don’t know how you get sometimes cooked and some hard. Maybe cook smaller batches so it is consistent. Makes me not want to go back.

The food was great, but I especially appreciated how well they handled celiac protocol. They were kind, didn’t seem annoyed by the extra steps (replacing utensils, etc.), and made everything perfectly.
