The kitchen was busy. So some of our food was not exactly like in the photo menu. Bit this is the closest double green chile burger to a LotaBurger down on NM I’ve been able to find in Colorado. A bit pricy but the atmosphere and ammendieties more than made up for it.

Great burger!! I like my hamburgers with onions and pickles , and it was perfectly portioned. I ordered onion rings and they were nice and crispy. Staff was nice.. This whataburger has an outdoor area to play corn hole and a various games.. I didn’t do any of that , but I thought , why not come back in the summer. Denver needs to get some Whataburgers.

I gotta say it- these Coloradans need to put some respect on Whataburgers name. This location especially is deserving of 5 stars and I’ve eaten here multiple times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ll drive the hour from Denver just to eat here it’s so worth the trip. Food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is great too. It’s always clean inside and out. Also it’s a vibe to sit outside when the weather is right to enjoy your meal while looking at the insane mountain views. Don’t let the haters fool you, this location is legit!

First time dining in at this Whataburger, and it was a great experience. The cashier Karri M. is such a friendly and nice person, treats people with so much courtesy, she is just wonderful. Was visiting from Texas, and this location didn’t disappoint. The food is so good, the dining area is so clean and nice, the outdoor is amazing. If we stop to eat here again on my next visit, I’m choosing to dine in instead of take out. Whataburger in Colorado .

If you are from New Mexico or Texas all we care is about having a Whataburger. Don’t know why In n Out is sooo great. That’s CA thing. Please don’t hate on Whataburger. Just give them a chance to get comfortable and confident. If you have a complaint you should still give them a five star. Trust me they’re going to read those comments just as much and you don’t have to drag them down. Constructive Criticism. I love you Whataburger. I don’t think you need to be open 24hrs. You’ll have rested employees and nobody will dread being at work 12a-6a. You have these young kids working there. Why would you be mad. Because your kid won’t get off the sofa? You don’t see kids working much anymore. These are good kids.

I hate leaving bad reviews, so I tend to not leave them. But the consistency of this location, unfortunately, warrants such.
I live close to this location and have given it several attempts for an improved experience. Each time I leave, reminding myself that that was an utter waste of time and money.
Today’s order was incredibly easy: two milkshakes. That’s it. After making me wait for more than 10 minutes, they still found a way to get the order wrong. When I informed the lady at the drive-through window of the error, she just responded “that’s not what’s on my screen“. How is that my problem?!?!
While I can accept that the overall company may be better than this one location, I’m sad to say that this one location has really soured me on the Whataburger brand. There is nothing fast about this fast food location. While this is a relatively new location, opened within the last couple years, at this point, I have no confidence in leadership’s ability to make any improvements.
If you simply must have Whataburger, go down to Interquest.

Definitely not a TX whataburger. Not busy at all and workers on cell phones at thier work stations, 3 customers came in after us and got their good and left before we got ours. When we got our food it was a chicken when my husband ordered green chili burger. It took soo long. Definitely not fast food. Won’t come back to this one. Plus we had to pay a 1% higher tax because of a district improvement plan that we don’t even belong to.

Service was very good. Polite employees. Food came out hot and as fast as one would expect. Restaurant was clean and cool on this hot day visit. I guess I’d have to strongly disagree with a negative post I read. 2 hatch chili burgers, fries and drink meals under 27.00. I’ve paid more for less at DQ recently. Good job to the Monumont employees today!! Thanks!

We’ve come to this location since they’ve opened and we absolutely LOVE this location. The manager has a great team and we have always had delish hot food and such friendly encounters with their staff. We were raised on Whataburger growing up so we are so happy they’ve finally made their way to Colorado. We’ve visited all the other Springs locations and Monument is still our favorite.

The staff was friendly, the place including restrooms were clean, and they have a very nice patio with cabana where you can relax and view the Rocky mountains while eating your fast food. A family with kids was enjoying the outdoor playground, and the kids were playing corn hole while their grandparents supervised them. Great place to stop for a quick meal in Monument, Colorado while driving south on IH25 from Denver.
