Got a double beef and cheddar with medium fries. My food is COLD. not even luke warm it’s COLD. So much for food safety temperatures. I highly suggest the whole location retake their online course on the importance of temperature in food. I didn’t even get half my fries i paid for. The fry container is 1/4 of the way full and not warm it’s COLD. The only warm item i received was the side of cheese sauce for my COLD fries. Thank you for the yearly reminder as to why i don’t go to this location, and will drive further to store that prepares the food correctly and within food safety standards. I was told they were out of milkshakes they just didn’t want to make it. This location and staff needs retraining on food safety standards and the importance of why food is supposed to be a certain temperature, they are going to give people food poisoning. Seriously the fast food in speedway has completely went downhill since covid.

We went through the drive through and there was no roast beef (I would have been fine waiting 15 mims for it) not slider buns, and did not want to make adjustments and said they were out. We got a chicken bacon Swiss no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no honey mustard and they repeated out order. We had to wait on this chicken just to get the sandwich with everything on it and it was the toughest chicken and NOT fresh! The past 3 times we have been to this location the food definitely sits on the warmer. Not even close to have been made recently. We go to this location quite a bit but it has went down hill! When I spen $60 dollars for food I do expect for most of our food to be fresh and that has not been the case. Service is good but the food is NOT! We did not take our sandwich back because the rest of our food would not have been good. Also we do not live but a couple mins away and yes I take into consideration the drive home with our food but you can tell when things have been sitting. I hope that store picks up and is good again. We will not be back for a while. Atleast to this location. 🙁

It’s an Arby’s, what do you want? The menu makes it look like your getting a pile of beef, and then you get some mushed little sandwich… But this one has good staff.

I was in the drive-through I got the Gyro and it’s just pieces it’s not sliced like it shows on the picture. It’s just like I got scraps of the Gyro. I’ve tried to call back over and over and no one is answering . Today is December 28, 2025. I’m very disappointed with what I received and I do have pictures but don’t know where to send them to. I ordered a potato cakes and had to wait so I had to go pull around to the front of the building and they brought them out to me so they had time to make the sandwich right. Would like to post pictures but don’t know where to.

I was so happy when I realized that I was there during happy hour. That rocked. I ordered a pizza slider a roast beef slider a ham slider and small fry….. all for under $5 great food and a fantastic price
