Folks running it are nice enough, but the last two times we have tried it, the orders aren’t right. The first time they forgot the rice and we didn’t notice until we got home. The owner offered to bring it all the way to our house, but we declined. Should have been in the bag from the beginning.
The second one, my wife ordered veggie Pad Thai. We are still unsure what the item in the picture is, but we are assuming it’s egg. Very unpleasant. Not sure if we’ll be back. I understand prices going up, but the quality should not go down.

SOOO GOOD!! We had the Drunken Noodles and Pad See Ew and both were amazing!! Also had the Crispy Spring rolls to start! Delicious! To finish we got the Mango Sticky rice and it was excellent!! I wish I would have taken more pictures but it was so good! I remembered to take one of the Mango Sticky Rice after I already took a bite though haha! Also Ting whom I believe is the owner was so nice! Great service, very sweet lady! Recommend 5 stars!

Came across this fantastic Thai food truck while visiting family in Carthage, Missouri. Owner / chef (Ting?) is very nice and very helpful with descriptions of items on the menu. Everything I ordered was freshly made, delicious, and generously portioned. In fact, I returned twice after my initial visit because I was so impressed with the food and service! I highly recommend stopping by this fantastic food truck!

We have been deprived of access to Thai food over the past 10 months temporarily living in rural south central Texas.
What a pleasant surprises to find this little gem of a food truck during our one night stay while passing through Carthage on our way back up north.
The food was very good and the service friendly. Ordered the pad see ew and drunken noodles.
Their spice levels range from 1 to 10 and are legitimately on the heavy handed side. Order one or two notches down from where you think you want to be.

Delicious authentic Thai food – highly recommend! Stopped by for quick meal driving through from TX to MO. Totally amazed at how good the food was! We had spring rolls, Drunken noodles, Panang Curry and sticky rice with mango dessert. Everything was incredible!!!

My father and I were passing through town and found Orchid Thai last night. The food was incredible! We had the Thai sampler, chicken chow mein, and beef Thai basil stir fry. Very authentic! The owner was incredibly nice and talked with us toward the end of our meal as well. I would recommend Orchid Thai to anyone-not only if you love Thai food but just if you love good food!

The chicken and shrimp pad Thai was terrific, the spring rolls were fresh, I always love fresh cilantro, and they could’ve put more in it, but the fact that they’re putting out quality food from such a small facility gives them much credit for what they’re doing. Plus the conversation while the food was being prepared was pretty terrific.

Didn’t know that it was a food truck when I looked it up. Seems to be a permanent food truck though. Waited 20 mins to get our food but it was well worth the wait. I was so hungry I didn’t get any pictures before I ate it. My only critique would be that it was spicier in flavor. My curry had a lot of flavor but it was borderline too sweet for my liking. It was delicious regardless but not near as spicy as I am used to or as much as I’d prefer.

Once of a rare very good authentic Thai food place that we found on our route 66 trip. We’re surprised how good their foods are. Good prices, large portions, high quality and delicious food. The crab fried rices are full of real big clumps of crab meats, and their pad thai is one of the best I ever tried. The owner is very friendly !! We actually took a detour to eat there again on the way back home. Highly recommended!!! Forgot to mention their sticky rice mango dessert is the best!!
