I typically enjoy this location, although I’ve had a couple of unpleasant experiences (being served expired almond milk, for one), but on multiple occasions, I’ve ordered a venti and have been given a grande. It’s happened at least 4 times at this point.

The first time I mentioned it, she said “grande is what you get if you don’t give a size”, even though it literally said “VT” on the sticker and I was charged for it.

The latest instance, my partner got me a drink from that location, ordered a venti, as seen in the label, but was given a grande instead (he doesn’t get Starbucks much, so he probably didn’t realize it was the wrong size).

I’m not sure why this happens so often, but these drinks are too expensive to not get the correct size.

I got a mango dragonfruit lemonade and there was no dragon fruit. The service was horrible as no one greeted me when I walked in the door, and why should I pay full price for something that isn’t up to standard.
And it was watered down.
Post this a while ago and it got taken down pretty crazy you take down reviews

I’m usually ok with this location; sometimes the workers completely ignore you, other times they’re wonderful. It’s whatever. But the last 2 drinks I’ve gotten have been very weak. I even ordered extra shots, but they’ve tasted like hot, flavored water. Is the espresso machine working properly? I might have to start going to Scooter’s ‍♀️

Be nice if one Starbucks in the country proudly displays the United States of America flag instead of a Gay Pride flag inside. Secondly, service here has always been slow, and that’s even with 6 ppl behind the counter and a mid day coffee run. I’ll get Starbucks out of necessity but If I can go elsewhere I do.

I ordered a café misto (café au lait) from this location and watched the barista pour milk from the gallon directly into my cup through the window. I brought the drink inside and politely asked for the correct drink. The dark-haired girl did not seem too enthused and remade the drink incorrectly again. I then asked another lighter-haired barista if they could just make me a latte instead, which she did correctly and apologized. After seeing the reviews for this location, I’m saddened to know that my favorite local location closed and not this one…

I don’t go to drink coffee or get a bite to eat wanting to know a person’s sexual preference or political affiliation. Having the LGBTQ flag doesn’t make the experience better. It does tell me there are judge mental hateful workers that are anti-America. Imagine if I came in an acted like a liberal. Hi my name is X, my pro nouns are King, big dawg, I’m straight, my political views are moderate and I’m offended if you don’t act and think like me.

I’ve always came in to the lobby with my daughter. Lately I’ve heard a lot of “bad mouthing” employees I’m assuming. Cause once people come in from the back, they stop talking… Their manager Pablo who I’ve had greet me and my husband multiple times seems like he doesn’t want to be there, looks very stressed, upset and just not happy.

I love this location and honestly it’s the only one I enjoy coming too. Their is a barista named Juliet that doesn’t an amazing job and very time I came she already knows my order and is a smile I enjoy each morning.

The place is very clean and had a very nice atmosphere. My drink was suggested by the barista and exceeded my expectations. While there I mobile ordered a sandwich and it was ready within minutes. I’ll definitely stop there again.

At 9:55 am on January 20 in the morning through the mobile Starbuck app, I ordered 2 Matcha Latte with the same drink which are supposed to be identical, with four scoops of powder each, as shown in the picture. However, one drink is visibly lighter than the other. Moreover, the drink with the darker green tea, supposed to contain four classic syrup sweeteners, tastes sweeter than the one with five classic syrup sweeteners, which is bland, and the one with five classis syrup taste like water, milk with matcha. I understand that mistakes can occur, especially during busy times. Yet, when I asked the staff to redo my order, they became upset and maintained that they always ensure accuracy. This attitude is the main issue I wanted to highlight. As a loyal customer who supports local businesses, I have given this location multiple chances. Sadly, this experience will likely be my last. Thank you.
