This restaurant lived up to its reputation. On a busy Friday evening around 5:30, we found a great spot on the patio—be advised that downtown Snohomish parking can be a challenge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our server impressed me with their non-alcoholic drink recommendations. Although no Non Alcoholic Chardonnay was available by the glass, they suggested an Non Alcoholic IPA that perfectly mimicked the taste of a real one. The small plates we shared were all excellent, especially the wagyu meatballs. The burrata and rigatoni were also delicious. While we were too full for dessert, the entire experience guarantees a return visit.

I ordered the pasta, and while it looked visually appetizing, the execution fell short. The pasta itself was undercooked and hard to enjoy, and although the sauce was creamy, it lacked depth and flavor. I found the dish to be very average and ultimately unmemorable. I actually enjoyed the bread and salad more than the entrée, which was disappointing. I had higher expectations given the consistently great reviews, but this experience didn’t quite live up to them.

What a surprise, we didn’t expect such a treat! We stopped in for a little early dinner and relaxing while our daughter was at practice… Sat out on the back patio on a beautiful late summer afternoon, split a few dishes with my husband: focaccia bread, salad, the Sea Bass which was delicious (we are still talking about it days later) and finished it off with some Crème Brûlée! Fully enjoyed the atmosphere, surroundings & food! We will be back!

Pace Kitchen is my go-to spot when taking clients/friends out or a date night with my husband—the food is consistently incredible and the atmosphere is just so warm and welcoming. The seasonal menu always has something new and exciting, but if the black cod is on the menu, do not miss it. It’s melt-in-your-mouth good—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and hands down one of the best dishes I’ve had anywhere. We also always love the burrata salad!

The service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they truly care about the guest experience. Such a gem of a place—highly recommend!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had an incredible experience. The food prepared by Executive Chef Joe Pace was outstanding, the wine pairings were excellent, and the service and ambiance were top-notch. This is now one of our favorite spots in Snohomish County—highly recommended!

A gem in downtown Snohomish! One of my favorite spots to eat. With it inside the winery, it’s a great date night spot to get a nice drink and an amazing meal! Chef makes some amazing food – some of the best food I’ve had! Can’t recommend going here enough!

We took our friends from out of town here last week and the staff went above and beyond when they saw us watching the Seahawks/Cardinals game on our phone during our meal and made it a point to put it on their big screen for us. The food was delicious, especially their pork belly! It was great to meet Megan and make small talk with her. This was our first time here and it won’t be our last! Thanks for the great experience and see you next time!

Been to Downtown Snohomish well over a dozen times and can’t believe we’re just discovering Pace Kitchen now! It’s located at Randolph Cellars, which is cozily decorated for the holidays.

We ordered the Fall Panzanella with Burrata & Slow Braised Short Rib with roasted fall veggies. My mom normally does not like Crème Brûlée for some reason, but she really enjoyed Pace Kitchen’s Crème Brûlée. And did I. We’ll be dreaming about it for awhile. Loved the food and we’ll be back for more!

Came for a belated birthday meal, so the “first come first served basis, no reservations accepted” policy worked in my favor 🙂

Delightful and Explorational. The owner made a great effort to find excellent ingredients and combine them in an exceptional manor. I had the lamb, the ravioli, and the Creme Brulee. This was my first time trying lamb. It was a little gamey and robust but went very well with the salad. The ravioli was cooked just perfectly; The ricotta balanced out the tomatoes and is a must try. Lastly the creme brulee, was to die for. The owner recommended the Syrah and the wine actually tasted different after eating the desert.

In my opinion went very well with the winery setting. Every thing was very well plated and clean. It would be a great place to take someone that you want to impress. I didn’t get a chance to see the patio outside but I am sure it makes for a great experience.
