Hello, I’d like to share some feedback. The order customization option (like “extra ketchup and mustard”) often isn’t done correctly — instead of just a little more, the burger ends up drowning in sauce and becomes inedible. If staff can’t execute these modifications properly, it might be better to remove or adjust the option so customers get a quality product.

As a resident I suppose I can’t expect 5 star service but yet somehow I’m always still getting disappointed.
I have a diesel truck, so out of courtesy I shut it off as I pull up to the menu board.
I worked in fast food for 3 1/2 years,
I get it, it’s annoying on the speaker.
I pull up to the board, and get the automated message (hello will you be using the app today?) No I don’t have the app because this place sucks and I can’t get any service in the drive through.
Then I sit there and call out. Hello? Anyone there? I’m ready to order? I know it’s not my vehicle being loud, they should be able to hear me. Meanwhile the dude next to me can pull up and get served easily.
So now I have to go inside to order. Can I order from a human? A human that understands what a plain burger is? Nope. Not unless I want to waste the other 20 minutes of my break I have left waiting on a human to come to the counter
Now I must order from a kiosk. Not because I want to, but simply, for some reason I don’t get recognized in the drive through or a service counter. Multiple times. So now I don’t even try.
You know what sucks the most? The drive through is WAY faster. Like 10x faster. How many people get served while I wait at a kiosk? This place has cold fries and subpar service.

Ordered a big Mac meal and a strawberry shake. Why the heck did I get charged for the drink? It should’ve been with the meal and the strawberry shake separate. As if it’s not already expensive enough. Thanks for taking my money.

I had placed an order on the app for curbside. When I arrived I checked in and waited 10 minutes in the curbside parking spot. During that 10 minutes I watched 4 or 5 other vehicles go through the drive thru and recieve their food. Finally, after 10 minutes, I too went through the drive through and told them that I had been checked in for 10 minutes. The male on the other end showed no concern and I had to state multiple times that I was still waiting for my order. Finally he told me to pull up to the second window. I was told by the shift lead that they were just waiting on my fries (why were my fries not done when 4 or 5 other vehicles ordered after me?)… when I received my food i went home only to discover that a whole large fry was missing from the bag. So, I called and started the drive back to get the missed item. I also noticed that the slip that was attached to my bag showed a time stamp of 8:04pm… that’s 4-5 minutes AFTER I had already parked and checked in….. overall very bad experience and I will be back to not eating here since serving clearly hasn’t improved since last year when I was last at this location.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Got ignored through the speaker, they entered in my code after I had to pull up to the window after no one answering me and then pull me ahead because they can’t do their jobs right. I sat here for over 25 minutes for a happy meal that was cold

Ordered a water with a meal, was expecting a cup with ice and water. But instead was upcharged for a mini warm water bottle. They do not serve the extra value meals at the same price as the other restaurants in the area either. Poor service and more expensive

Where to start, being a location in Moose Lake a slower town than the cities makes you think the service and cleanliness would be much better. We waited to get an order for almost 10 minutes and then the people who came in after waiting about the same when almost 5 employees where talking back in the kitchen looked at them and ignored them. I will say the food was hot which is rare in the cities but in regards to the cleanliness being a manager of a food establishment for 8 years disgusts me and almost made me ask for a towel and clean the lobby for their lazy employee’s just talking behind the counter. 2 stars for at least the hot food.

Do not go there after dinner we like to go after high school events and there’s usually only one person working. Not uncommon to wait at least 15 minutes for our food.

I sat there after I ordered for almost 20 minutes before I got my food. I watched 3 workers make themselvs the same thing that I ordered and I was there for a whole workers break from when he left to go on break until he was back from his break. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. After 15 minutes of waiting a worker asked me if I was waiting for a smoothie which I just watched them make 3 of for the workers. I was there before a rush and had my order place before 4 cars showed up and still didn’t get my food until after all 4 cars got served and they served the workers and went on breaks. And on top of it all when I finally got the food my fries were poured into my bag I had 2 fries stay in the box and all of my food was cold.

Don bother to stop u less it’s for the bathroom. Food was old. Pies expired. They made us wait which was fine but didn’t even bring our full order. Do not waste your time stopping here you will waste your $. Keep driving.
