My food was okay, tasted a little unseasoned this time. I get it all the time and I’m used to it a certain way. But the food wasn’t the biggest problem. The worker that talked to me was EXTREMELY rude. Ghost did not want to be there and sounded miserable. I saw that worker drop tortilla on the floor and then continue to use it to make food. Absolutely revolting !!!! I am NOT coming back here! Do not buy food here unless you want it off the floor and with horrible customer service

It’s Taco Bell, so you know what you’re getting into… delicious, guilty pleasure goodness, every single time. But this Lakeside location? They do it right! First off, they actually load up the nacho cheese with your chips like they’re supposed to, which is a miracle in itself.
Nachos without enough cheese is just chips, man! And let’s talk about the Baja Blast .. if there’s a better soda out there, I haven’t met it. It’s like drinking the nectar of the gods, if the gods loved Taco Bell as much as I do.
Conclusion: Always hits the spot, no regrets (until later, but that’s future me’s problem).

I ordered with my Taco Bell App a custom-made build your own box. I went through the drive-thru to inform them of my order. It was confirmed, and I saw on the screen my order. I was asked to drive to the window. There was a car already there and saw the guy almost gave them my large Mountain Dew Baja Blast. The customer was honest and said it wasn’t theirs. The guy was not the friendliest who gave me my food. I wish taco bell start putting these box meals into a cardboard box like before. My food was given in a big awkward brown bag that has my food moving around everywhere. I get home, and I have to put my topping back on my tacos because it was at the bottom of the bag. The bag could have easily torn without me knowing. Please, Taco Bell go back to putting craving box meals in cardboard boxes. It looks organized and presentable.

My Food was cold and tasted Old, I also asked for Steak on my bowl and got charged but they never added it!. And I was the ONLY customer at the drive thru
.I called multiple times to complain and bring this to there attention but they never answered. I will go back in person and speak to the manager

This establishment should be closed by corporate until the staff has either been properly trained or replaced, and knows that customers satisfaction is paramount. After waiting at the counter for a few minutes with no interaction with any of the preoccupied staff, an elderly woman that had already received her dine-in order came up to the counter dissatisfied with a plastic cup of approximately 1 tablespoon of. liquid cheese that accompanied her chips. It was nowhere near half full, yet a female staff member in the kitchen area scolwed that it was the proper amount and she would have to buy more if she wanted more. In disbelief, the customer politely requested a refund as the price for the chips and sparse amount of liquid cheese was more expensive than a single taco. It was at that point that someone capable of operating a cash register appeared and started the process of refunding the transaction instead of simply topping off the lacking cup to a proper level, all while I’ve been standing there 6 or 7 minutes by now with not so much as a “I’ll be right with you.”. It was at the point I turned to the rightly unhappy customer and told her I supported her and would not be buying anything from a place that would treat a customer in such a fashion. I put my money back in my pocket, turned around and left with my daughter, and I made sure everyone dining in heard my comments. So far I have told the story to 17 people, and plan to keep telling the story of what may be the worst service of any Taco Bell in San Diego county. I will not be back to this location unless an apology from higher levels reaches the nice lady that just wanted what she paid for, cheese for her chips. The $20 minimum wage for fast food places has resulted in service that isn’t worth $2. Close this location.
