I initially went in to Napoli’s because I heard it was the best pizza in Burlington. THE REVIEWS WERE RIGHT. The service from Nga was absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful conversation and I learned that they really are a family business – working 10 hour days for the last 26 years.
I ordered a simple pep & cheese slice and it was divine! Not too much cheese, not too much sauce and just the right amount of pepperoni. It was, dare I say, perfect. I look forward to heading back there again for another pleasant experience.

We tried Napoli pizza this weekend after seeing some good reviews, and had high hopes. We couldn’t have been more disappointed. We have had better pizza at some of the chain pizza places. For starters $40 dollars for two medium pizzas is atrocious. Overall the pizzas looked good so I got over the high cost. The sauce is what hit first, way too sweet and tasted like it was from a can. The toppings were stale and old tasting. Cheese was ok. The crust was dry and flavourless, tasted like it came frozen from a box. Very unsatisfying experience, and a very big let down. Definitely not worth the cost, even if it was half the price.

Consistently delicious pizza and always friendly staff. Will always order our zza from Naps as long as they’re around

I didn’t like it — definitely not Burlington’s #1 like they claim. The sauce was tangy and overly sweet, like something straight out of a Primo pasta sauce can or one of those grocery store pizza kits. The topping amounts were just okay, but they were bland and a weird texture. The crust wasn’t like a proper pizza crust, more like a flatbread texture. There was also a ton of flour left on the bottom. The sauce was the biggest turn off, I probably won’t finish it and throw it out.
On top of that, you have to call to place an order instead of ordering online, and they only take cash or debit. For a $30 extra-large pizza, I expected way better.

I have taken my kids here for dinner many times now. The staff are friendly and always heat up our food perfectly and have a good selection of pop and drinks to refresh you. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of either slices or made to order. It’s a convenient location right on Lakeshore road so you can grab a bite to eat quickly when you are on the go.
I really like this place and would recommend to Pizza Lovers out there!

I’ve been going here all my life. Used to go here for lunch in elementary school and family dinners at night. The pizza is fantastic!!! and some of their other items on the menu like the fried rice,chicken wings,garlic bread are fire! The staff are so friendly and good people. After going here for 30+ years there is a reason why I still go back and also drive further to experience this awesome establishment. This place has been going strong for years and it’s a gem in Burlington Ontario! You won’t be disappointed!
