I just ordered a turkey and cheese and provolone sub from Jersey Mike’s during lunch time. I ordered it at 12:30 p.m. and it arrived at 1:00. P.m.. this was one of the worst subs I have ever receives from this place. This actually is the second time I’ve ordered using doordash. The quality of the sandwich was terrible. It’s as if they were rushing or they didn’t take the time to dress the sandwich like they would. If I was standing in front of their faces at the sandwich bar. They really need to take some pride in their work at all times and send out delivery food with the same type of care and attention and service that they provide customers when they’re picking up food at the restaurant. Delivery food shouldn’t look terrible when it’s delivered but look great when you’re actually in the restaurant. My sandwich looks nothing like the pictures posted online or at the shop.

Order two bowls with extra meat. It was not extra meat at all. Both bowls looked as if someone just threw them together. For the bowl to cost $ 16 this was unacceptable. It definitely wasn’t made with care. I never do reviews so just know I was highly unsatisfied.

Figured I would give this location another try after I stopped going years ago based on too many screw ups. Well it’s still bad. This has got to be one of the worst run Jersey Mikes ever. Best bet these days is stay away from sub chain stores and hit the single owner places that usually have better service and food.

Really good subs and they make them to order and as you want them. I almost always get a steak and cheese sub. Today I didn’t want the cheese, and they made it without for me and I never get it with mayo. I added lettuce, tomato, pickles and some hot peppers and it made for a delicious lunch. I come here about once a month on average and they never disappoint.

Ashame that the service sucks. Laaaazy teens and young adults working here for the most part, with a couple exceptions. Bad service on more than one occasion here, so that’ll be it for me @ this location……Good food though. The turkey & roast beef cold sub is very tasty & the cheesesteak sub is very good also.

let me start by saying I LOVEEE JERSEY MIKES !
i ordered from this location for the first time via uber eats . Bread as hard as BRICKSSSS!! like it’s been sitting there for Atleast 3 days nor was the sandwich completely wrapped up as if it’s been tampered with . Also i asked for NO ONIONS on both my sandwiches btw im allergic to onions … they put hell of raw onions on both my sandwiches . which instantly caused an allergic reaction first bite & i had to go to the ER !! Uber eats only gave me a partial refund which is unacceptable . i will be contacting a lawyer

The young lady making the sandwiches was very rude and unpleasant, when I asked to get the bundle she was very rude saying that can’t do it and refuse to say why, she then made my sandwich very rudely I won’t return at all. I right here by this location so me and my coworker usually come and sometimes get catering done but after today we will take our money elsewhere.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Jordan and the crew at the Owings Mill location. We had a business meeting that was supposed to have food from a different restaurant and that other restaurant messed up. I called The Owings Mill location and spoke to Jordan and asked her for help in catering boxes, cookies and brownies at the last second and she was able to hook us up so thank you for the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were very good and the cookies / brownies were awesome. Thank you for being an amazing location.

The Portabella/Swiss Sub is a total banger!!! I always order mine without Swiss and substitute Provolone. It doesn’t make any sense how delicious this sub is or how quickly it’s made. Definitely my go-to when I’m in the mood for a sub

I ordered myself a #64 which is a portobello and Swiss. This is a vegetarian sandwich. My son got the chicken bacon and ranch. When I got home and started eating my food imagine how annoyed I was when I noticed chicken on my portobello and Swiss. Now I ordered a giant so that I could save the other half for the next day. Now I have nothing. I am a pescaterian, so chicken is not an option! Of course, when I tried to call the store to inform them about the situation they did not answer.
I had a bad experience when this store years ago, and because they were under new management I gave them another chance. I haven’t seen that manager on my last few visit, so once I get my refund I will be taking my Jersey Mikes patronage to another location.
Also, tonight the store was filthy on the inside. Counters were dirty, lettuce was all around the cutting board, tge meat slicer had meat and cheese just siiting in it, and the employees were hanging in the back when we walked into the store.
I went into the store on Saturday to try to get a sandwich and with 30 minutes until close they said they didn’t have any lettuce. My daughter and I just walked out. I should’ve known then not to return…smh

Here is my update….
I returned to the store the very next day and spoke to the manager. He remembered who I was from the night before. He offered his sincere apologies and offered to make my sandwich again. I accepted his apology and offer.
