OVER $50 FOR A HALF OF A BURRITO
It’s got everything: overflowing trash cans, dirty tables and chairs, a sticky floor, and employees glued to their phones.
When I asked if the food was fresh, I got a shrug and “I don’t know.”
I had to clean my own table, and seat just to eat.
Food was okay, but the vibe was best described as apocalyptic.
Most recent visit had one girl cleaning, no cashier, one line person who once running out of white rice, halted operations and took literally 10 minutes casually stocking the line while I guess some needed ingredients were being hurriedly whipped up. There were several employees in the back doing nothing / joking around, on the clock or not BAD look. 15 people in line and no one is even communicating to the customers on wait time, missing items or apologies. Nothing comped….they could not care less how much of people’s time they were wasting.
The dining room is ALWAYS filthy now. Trash overflowing onto the ground, food on the floor everywhere, no clean tables.
I NEVER write reviews and know this industry well. I usually give the benefit of the doubt. We all have off days. But this location needs attention and standards need to be upheld. If current management is incapable of doing that, they need to be replaced. Or enjoy your increasingly lost revenue and well earned 1-star reviews.
But I can tell you why they do it a small bag of chips here is a $1.70, a large bag of chips are $2.40, that’s a 70-cent difference, so if you sell a million bags of large chips and only put regular size in the large bags that’s a $700,000 profit per million bags that’s why they do it it’s from corporate in all they’re doing is stealing your money
Well here we are again today’s date is 8-6-2025 and this Chipotle yet again is ripping people off they’re still selling regular size chips for the large price no quality control at this location oh and I didn’t notice did they charge me for the wrong stuff instead of large chips they charge me for chips and salsa so they stole more of my money
This is not the first time I have had a rude interaction at this location, and it is often not very clean either. Definitely disappointing compared to other Chipotle locations.
I know you’ll reply to reach out but won’t actually do anything to make this right, because that’s what Chipotle is now. Evil and greedy.
