If I could give zero stars I would pregnant and went to get a cheeseburger meal with extra pickles. The got the extra pickles right but literally didn’t put actual meat on the burger. Order was not only wrong. Had I ordered what they gave me… it was pitiful and did not even meet McD’s minimal requirements.
Manager may have offered to make it right, didn’t change the fact that I was forced to drive several miles back to have it corrected.
Would NOT recommend dining here despite the remodeling or upgrades.

Has become a lot better since remodel of location. Staff is friendly and has always served my order correctly. New look creates a nicer atmosphere if dining in. Six months later it’s like they are serving day old food. Worst Big Mac and fish sandwich I ever had. Fries were half cooked.

Placed a curbside order and waited 15-20 minutes. Finally gave up and went inside. It wasn’t all that busy. Of course my food had been ready and sitting there. Finally get it home and it’s cold and mushy. The cashier moved at a snails pace and did not have a care in the world. This place is going downhill FAST.

We went here to pick up dinner. We had been working in the heat all day. Ordered at the drive thru. $46 They told us to park in #2 spot and they would bring it out. We waited and they brought a small bag out. They had given someone else our order. The manager said they were going to have to cook it again. He could have cared less. No apology or anything.

Drive thru totally got our order wrong. They asked me to pull forward to wait on our order. Waited nearly 20 minutes for them to bring my $40 order out (2 #7’s, a 20 piece, a double cheese burger and some drinks, why is this $40??). When they finally did, the associate asked what I ordered. I told her exactly what I ordered, she said “good, this is the right one. I drove 25 minutes home only to find out that it was not our order, but a specialty order no one in my family would eat. Called the manager on duty and was told that a refund could not be processed if I didn’t return. I live 25 minutes away, they would not pay for my time or gas. Food went into the trash and I’m out $40. GET IT TOGETHER!
