Absolutely fantastic place! Food was of very good quality and you could tell everything was cooked from fresh. Me and my other half felt very welcome and the staff were very friendly, this will definitely be a one of our regular places!

Our group of two were well fad and cared for here. Côte do a great breakfast, chef forgot out black pudding but it was bussed out to us before we even noticed with an apology.

Never been to a Cotê before as (pre-coelaic diagnosis), I would have always headed for a non-chain restaurant however we had a voucher for Cotê so we gave it a go!
We had a really lovely waiter and there was a good choice of GF items. I had the chicken parfait to start – it was really nice, could have done with another piece of bread though. I had the beef bourguignon for my main – gorgeous, beautifully flavoured, rich, and the meat so tender, with a side of fries which were fine.
My husband had the (non GF) bourguignon burger) and I don’t think it was quite what he thought however enjoyed it nonetheless.
We didn’t stay for dessert as were too full but I believe there were a few GF options.
The atmosphere was very cozy.

Joined Cote App on my mobile. I went for lunch today (Friday) with friends. We were all extremely happy with the food and service. Kara was marvellous, oh so helpful. I ordered Mussels et pomme frites, Excellent. The creme brulee Supreme. Great menu choice. Reasonable prices. Congratulations to chef, Kara, 100%. Linda Dukes

The food gets 4 only because if the veggie sausage, it wasn’t that great. But everything else was lovely and the staff very accommodating

I’m a tad bias to this establishment as I love the food and atmosphere here. Although it’s a chain restaurant , i still feel like an individual as a customer. The staff treat you really well and give you a personal experience. The menu pricing is at the higher end of the market but as a treat, I think it’s worth it. For those on a tighter budget, they offer a set meal menu before 7pm. The morning breakfast menu is also quite good. The reason I pay a little more to eat here is because I feel satisfied with my entire dining experience. I’m not a fan of the 10% gratuity that’s automatically added to your bill. I feel the customer should decide what the service is worth, not the company.

Came in last night for a meal, the set menu was great value, 3 courses for £26. We downloaded the app and actually got a code for 3 courses for £19, so even better! I went for the French onion soup, the 5oz Minute steak and the praline chocolate tart. All 3 were incredibly tasty and came out in very good time, especially as they were very busy when we arrived. None of my table like sun-dried tomato so we were very pleased that the chef swapped it for garlic butter for us, a lot of companies have to stick to the exact menu spec so this was appreciated a lot and made the meal so much tastier for us, and the steak was so juicy!

Food and service are always excellent and they also do the best breakfasts in Dorchester. I go regularly and am never disappointed. Great for a quick bite but also excellent for group bookings. Staff are incredible as well. Don’t be put off by it being a chain restaurant – it never feels like a chain restaurant and they consistently deliver better than you’d expect from a chain.

Really disappointing. The menu is limited. Only One fish dish(not including pasta) . The children’s set menu was OK but it wouldn’t take much to give an 8 year old a little more pasta than the portion received. The adults, chicken , salmon and savoury tarte tatin were passable only.
The chips tasted from a supermarket own brand. You could get a free ‘top up’ but , as a restaurant, they should make their own. No-one liked them- we didn’t want anymore.
Cote used to have a bistro vibe but now it is more like service station food.
For the 2 children’s deal plus 3 adult mains, 3 lemonades and a portion of calamari and chips it was over £115. But it really wasn’t worth it.
The service was great, pleasant and professional. The gap between courses was also good- but we won’t go again until they up their game and their menu!

Another great experience for our regular brunch date here. The Brasserie Breakfast deal is still excellent value for money, the staff went above and beyond to cater for my partner’s gluten and dairy intolerance, and the atmosphere was lovely for a relaxed Sunday morning before Christmas. The team in this branch are great.
