Update 10/24/25 – merchant refunded order & made it right.
Waited 45 min for an order. Got home and it didnt have 1 item we ordered correct. Called and called nobody answered. So 9 pm and have an order of food nobody will eat. Whats on the receipt is what we ordered, pictured is what we got. Waste of food & money went straight to garbage & went to bed hungry. Not even the soup is right. I think im more annoyed that i waited 45 min for an order that was wrong.

My daughter and I have always enjoyed Panera Bread in Woodbury as well as other Panera Breads, but we went on a Sunday late day so it was a very relaxed unhurried dinner. We didn’t have to wait in line and our meals were up in no time. It’s a clean, well kept establishment and was quiet this time of day. The staff was friendly and helpful with our selections.
My daughter had the Caesar Salad with Caesar Dressing. My salad was the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad (Feta Cheese was out, so I requested Parmesan, which was shaved over the top of my salad) with Sweet White Balsamic Vinaigrette. In addition we both ordered Mac and Tomato Soup. Panera always throws in warm Ciabatta Bread when ordering soup.
Everything was delicious as we’ve come to expect and we enjoyed our time there together.
Panera Bread is on the spendy side, so we only go on occasion. Sometimes it’s just nice to stop by when you’re out and about, to have a really good homemade meal. It came to around $80+. I wanted to treat my daughter to a really delicious meal, and we got what we came for.

Ordered and paid for 5 baguette sides. Instead got 6 bags of potato chips … ? No heads-up on website or from staff.
Ordered chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. Sandwich had one barely-there wedge of avocado on one of the halves.
Ordered what we thought were entree-size soups and Mac-and-cheese … received containers with 8 oz of each.
This place used to be a favorite — we won’t be back.

Amy the manager is amazing! I was having trouble placing a catering order for my work to feed 28-30 people and Amy took the time to trouble shoot over the phone with me and then also in person at the store. She helped make it possible for me to provide food for my team and made it really easy as everything was ready and waiting for me when I got there. Amy you are amazing and you truly helped me!

Had the french onion soup and pulled chicken sandwich. Not much meat on sandwich. I did not enjoy the sauce at all. Soup was okay but like it to have a layer of cheese on too. Soup also was not very hot. Not too busy. Wair was average

I had 3 of these long curly black hairs in all of my food… couldn’t eat it after that. So unsanitary, I will be looking into avenues to get this out to the public. Second time I’ve had hairs in my soup from this location.

Wow, we came here a lot in the past and loved it. Back in town after being gone for a while. Ordered one of my favorites, Chicken Wild Rice Soup. It is not what it once was. There was hardly any wild rice. In fact it was mostly gravy with very low everything. What a shame. They once were one of the best. By the way, it took forever to get a salad and a couple bowls of soup. Slowest service I’ve ever had here.

They skimp out on portions all around. This is the Mac and cheese bread bowl. The last time I ordered it, it came without a bread bowl at all and the cashier told me after I asked that they didn’t have any more bread. I had to practically plead for a spare bagel without getting charged even though I had already been charged for the bread I didn’t get. Lame

I really like this location. Clean and nice layout of the restaurant. Friendly staff and food came quickly even though it was their busy time. Plenty of parking.
