The dude behind the counter this morning (162 Rockingham Rd, Londonderry, NH 03053) has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever experienced in a customer service position. He was rude, short, and absolutely miserable. If he hates his job that much, he should stay home and find another one! I am new to the area so it was my first time experiencing a Honey Dew Donuts location but I can say one thing for sure…..I will never go back.

I went to buy a sandwich and placed my order, the lady helped me and I thought she was preparing my order but she never did after 10 minutes she asked me again what I wanted and told me she didn’t have chicken. I know it was racism but thanks to the clients she can earn a salary. It is so difficult for owners and managers to build a business, they should give more entertainment to their staff to treat customers kindly. This man had tattoos on his chest and I’m only saying about the tattoos so you know who he is and I will upload this comment to all my social networks.

Drinks were fine, but man does Joe need to learn some manners and proper customer service skills. Didn’t say a single word the entire transaction, looked beyond annoyed to do his job and I heard several folks complaining about the long wait for the very small line there was. It’s a shame- bad service certainly makes me not want to return.

The guy that works at this location always has a horrible attitude and it sucks because there isn’t many honey dews around. He literally ruins the whole experience for everyone and gets paid to have a disgusting attitude. They would get a lot more service without him there. HE IS THE WORST.

The coffee is better and cheaper than Dunkin. That should be enough for you but in case it’s not, the staff are always super friendly and the store is always clean. I go a few days a week and always have a good experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. The service was awful, the employees were rude, barely spoke loud enough to hear anything. The one making our order entirely refused to acknowledge anything that was said to him so he passive aggressively slammed our items on the counter one at a time making us repeat the order. Clearly they’re having issues inside the work place but that is not how you treat your customers. Lastly I finally drink my latte at work only to find it is past dated oatmilk, the coffee was burnt or possibly just old. I’m so disgusted by this whole experience.

Food is better….IF you get what you order! I have always sought out Honey Dews over the other OVER PRICED shops (you know who you are), however the Londonderry location is officially off my list. I have overlooked unfriendly waitstaff, which acts like you are inconveniencing them by ordering, paying, and then tipping which I have been doing because the coffee and food seem to be better. WHAT I CAN’T OVERLOOK IS THE MISERABLE WAITSTAFF THAT WHILE PAYING AND TIPPING SCREWS UP BASICS ORDERS OVER AND OVER AGAIN-EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING THE ORDER 2 AND 3 TIMES. Were not talking elaborate orders) With the increased prices, I’ll just make it myself.

Each week I am asked to pay a different price for my exact, same order! Anywhere between $5 to doubling the price! Usually they correct it with a negative attitude but today they claimed it is due to the fact that their prices on the backboard menu differ from the register. I demanded my money back! Horrible service and l will not return.
