Curbside at this location clearly isn’t being monitored. I ordered through the McDonald’s app from the parking lot, checked in with my curbside spot number, and waited about 15 minutes with no update and no one checking the curbside spots.
I eventually had to go inside to ask about the order, and the entire process ended up taking about 45 minutes. Once I went inside, the staff did make the order quickly, which I appreciate, but the curbside system clearly failed here.
To make matters worse, my daughter’s fries were missing from the order.
If curbside pickup is offered, it should actually be monitored so customers aren’t left waiting in the parking lot without realizing their order isn’t being worked on.

I ordered through drive thru today for my lunch break. Person taking my order wouldn’t let me finish ordering without her saying, “anything else” after each item I ordered. Then, when I got back to work I saw they had given nuggets that were still raw and fries that looked old. Very disappointed, I spend money and time only to be disappointed and without eating for lunch today. Spoke to a manager Emelda, she was very nice and apologetic. She wanted to replace my items but I requested a refund instead.

I usually go to this McDonald’s regularly, and they are usually on point. However, whoever was working the window two today from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. was bad. Our sweet teas looked like they had a little bit of tea with a ton of water and ice added, making them taste horrible. We had to remind the cashier that we were missing a drink. They handed it to us rudely without apologizing.

Visiting from out of state. Wasn’t expecting much from McDonald’s, but we were all very impressed. Probably the best McDonald’s food and service we’ve seen. The Daily Double was delicious, juicy, flavorful and fresh. Food was brought to our tables in polite manner. Very impressed.

I never knew that $100 bill will no longer be accepted. It is not posted anywhere saying that they will not take anything larger than. just makes it more inconvenient for customers to make a fast food order. Ordered five baskets of french fries, and was informed I had to wait. 12 cars have already passed and still been waiting. No fault to the employees. They were just following the rules that upper management have laid out, which makes no sense in trying to serve customer service for a fast food restaurant.

They were out of boo baskets. I ordered two monopoly meals and didn’t get anything to play. Missing straws for all drinks. Gave Diet Coke instead of Coke. Food was cold. This location is going downhill fast.

This McDonald’s always serves bad food, orders not accurate, and they always hire goofballs. I ordered a Big Mac with extra onions and pickles, and got a hell of a lot of Big Mac sauce instead of extra onions and pickles. This was the last time we eat or order from this circus of a McDonald’s.

This location is within walking distance to our home so its upseting that We can’t return!!! Considering this experience and pretty much every one before, we will be driving the extra mile. Our order is either always missing items, cold, made wrong, skimpy or a combo those things. Tonight it was a small order for fries and nuggets but each of the 4 med. fries ordered was barely half full.
