Beautiful view! Yummy lunch! Japanese salad dressing was light and just right. Servings are not too big but for me just right. Folksy, cozy atmosphere. Popular place! Chicken was tender and burger was good!

I ordered lamb and beef. They were tender and delicious. Located on the shores of Lake Suwa, the view is great, and the rice in the set can be changed to curry, which is a great deal. You can choose between salad and ice cream or a drink. Parking is available, and the interior has a lovely retro wooden feel. If I had to say something, I wish the curry was a little warmer.

It has a nice family-run atmosphere. I’ve been to Canadian Rockies in Ueda before, and I was curious about the Suwa branch because I could see it from the train. They have a wide variety of menu items, including beef, lamb, and chicken. I think the style of the plates they serve is the same. I ordered a steak and hamburger set, and both were delicious. The restaurant is old, but it’s well-kept and clean. I can see why it’s so popular.
