Coffee shops are always our first stop in a new town and we were so glad the Wired Rabbit is in Galena. We went multiple times over our stay. The baristas were so friendly and actually remembered us. The coffee was excellent (Americano and iced lavender latte) the baked goods were fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is spot on. Whimsical, classy, and homey. Make the Wired Rabbit a top stop in Galena.

Cute and friendly cafe in Galena! I saw reviews and decided to take a quick stop at the wired rabbit, the cafe felt very organized with 4-5 tables available for seating. The wait was not too long, pretty quick service.

The coffee was very good! Bought 2 lbs to bring home. The owner is so friendly! Great service. The croissant breakfast sandwiches were not our favorite. Croissants are in a square form and the eggs tasted like a hotel egg. I had a panini that was tasty!

This is a top five coffee place for me, and it makes me sad that it is not in my area. I visit Galena every few years and tried this place for the first time two weeks ago, and I couldn’t go anywhere else for coffee in Galena from that point on. Their cold brew is one of my favorite cold brews I have ever tried: each flavor. The coffee is strong and has a high quality flavor. The baristas were very kind. They recommended restaurants and experiences in Galena that ended up being top notch. The service was quick but friendly and present. This is a place that should have a line out the door, but the laid back atmosphere with beautiful decorations match this place so well.
