What an amazing group of people. I’ve never seen young kids kick butt the way they do here. I can only assume that management is taking the time to train them right. Everyone was happy and went above and beyond to make me and my boys feel welcome and feel like family. I will definitely be going back again and again.

Sat there for 10 minutes no one even said hi. Kept looking at us like we were annoying them. All we wanted to do was order. Been here multiple times but I don’t think we will come back again. I’m disappointed. That was 10 plus minutes of akward silence while we stood at the counter to order. Okay the owner said they want to make it right but then they deleted their response before I could even get the number. This is just rude at this point.

The food at the Stansbury location is always pretty good, but the service is an absolute joke.
I was third in line and just waited over 15 minutes for my order (2 burgers).
This is the second time in a row the service was incredibly slow.
To the mgmt….please get your people trained by another chain and speed up the service.

We frequent this A&W often. The food is usually really good, but the service is always a nightmare. In the last couple of months I thought that the service was improving, but today was an even worse NIGHTMARE. The service was INCREDIBLY slow with only 3 people in the drive thru and maybe 2 cars of people inside, but we somehow waited over 20 minutes for our 2 meals and a kids meal. The lady at the window was extremely slow when serving us and acted very much like she would rather be anywhere else. When we got home, not only was our meal already cold, but we were missing part of our meal so my husband drove all the way back to get it and they did not offer us any incentive or even an apology. Disappointing.

I was the only customer they had when I went yet the wait time was unnecessarily long. The time it took to be greeted at the speaker, the time in between when I ordered and when they would respond, etc. I specifically asked for BBQ sauce instead of fry sauce and after waiting 10 minutes at the window (again ONLY customer) I get my food…no BBQ sauce of course. The customer service was basically non existent and the food was mid at best. Tasted like they reheated someone else’s order that was left out.

Rilee took our order in the drive thru. Did not repeat the order on the speaker but stated the total. It sounded cheap so I ask my husband to ask her to repeat it at the window. And when he ask Rilee, she repeated and we just nicely told her there was just one more pumpkin shake on that order as well. She seemed irritated about it. Shut to window and what I assume, told them about the extra shake.
So she came back to us and said the receipt will stay the same but that shake is there. I was confused how that could be. But she gave us the 4 shakes (supposed to be 5). And we thought she was bringing the last one out. She open the window and said “Are you missing something?” My husband told her yea just the one pumpkin shake. She closed the window and threw her hands up like a 6 year old child. But not even my 6 year old does that so maybe a 4 year old. Anyways my son in the backseat saw her roll her eyes.

My husband went in to grab the shake and ask the other nice worker there, if Rilee had a problem with us. Rilee then proceeded to make herself seem small like an innocent child when she has displayed the same attitude for months at this place. I have previously brush off a lot of Rilees attitude because she seems young and probably hates the job. I get it I’ve done customer service. But girl you can quit. I dont know if it is nepotism on display here but she has been around for a while and displays confidence that she knows she will not be fired.

The food itself is great but Rilee makes this place hard to deal with. I do not know if Daniel Crockett is still the owner of this place. Some of the online information I’ve found is very vague the entity status here but I do have questions about this employee. If she related to higher up, forget this review and don’t even respond to me.
Maybe I’ll just door dash for now on and let the door dashers deal with her because I do enjoy the food so much.

Food was okay at best, fastfood, what would you expect. The employee Tanner made the experience so much worse. He had a very negative attitude all the times I’ve went, this wasn’t just a one day thing. He seemed to be riding on a high horse, being rude to the other employees, and was very condescending from what I observed. It made this place feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t eat here again. If Tanner is working, just go to a different restaurant at that point.

The food was mid, my daughter had a huge clump of seasoning in her burger. The wait time was atrocious though. 3rd in line, just under 20 minutes, for 2 burgers! That cannot be called fast food.

Waited in line 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me . Poor customer service, no apology even after saying I waited 25 min and had to take off burger. I was not going to eat a burger that was most likely luke warm.

I sat in the drive-thru waiting for 25 minutes with just one car ahead of me that was already waiting at the window when I pulled up and ordered and they only had one bag of food! The food is pretty basic so it’s not like it’s difficult or anything but it should definitely not take 25+ minutes in a drive thru!
