I ordered Clam Chowder. What I was given was cornflour slurry, corn with bits of bacon no sign of a clam. The colour was water and slightly green. Take a look at the picture of what Clam Chowder usually looks like.

Quality food and offers much more than any chippy or seafood restaurant. Scampi was proper whole langoustine tails and not that reformed rubbish served everywhere else. Fish and chips were mega and the oysters best I’ve ever had. Homemade tarter sauce was thick and chunky, we asked for second helpings. Next time I’m trying their catch of the day special. Would defo recommend.

We came here for food on a busy weekend, even though you could tell the staff was busy we were still served with a warm smile! We ordered the soft crab burger, the fish tacos, some fries and an oyster, the food was all beautiful presented and no doubt fresh. The portions were not massive and all of this was close to £45 which was the one downside to it.

Wow it’s not often I am impressed. I was blown away by the service I received this evening, when I was very skeptical to try something new.
I am not normally a fish person at all, however the gentleman that served me was extremely welcoming, and as a result I tried the Taramaslata Crostini, allowing me to taste a little bit before I purchased which I found extremely kind, the Crostini was absolutely stunning and full of flavour.
I can’t wait to come back and try your fish tacos! Thank you so much for making my experience brilliant.

Went here for the first time last night as we love seafood and the menu sounded great. The two of us had just a main course each, a bottle of Prosecco and 1 glass of red wine and the bill was £93. I wouldn’t mind that if the food was amazing. We had monkfish and the bone was bigger than the amount of fish attached to it. It was a very small portion and not worth what it cost. I did tip the staff as they were good and they don’t set the prices or cook the food. All I can say is very disappointing and won’t be returning.

I came back here after a year, and everything is still excellent! Oysters, prawns, squid – absolutely delicious! If you love seafood, you’ll be thrilled. Highly recommend!

Amazing food! Sooo tasty and very good portion sizes. We got the crab burger and calamari (and the skin on fries which were massive) but I believe the menu changes quite often so will be back to try as much as I can.

Fish was very oily so made me feel a little queasy. Chips were double or triple fried but were tasty, Calamari wasnt prepared well enough so all the batter fell off the calamari and it was quite cold so ended up rubbery. Server was very subdued and barely spoke. Not impressed and disappointed
