We were trying to go to the Shooter’s Cafe, but it was shut down – so we went here instead and it was DELISH!! Thank goodness there weren’t a lot of folks in there when we stopped in, so my 5 kiddos (9 and under) didn’t cause too much chaos! The pizzas we had were fantastic!! Our waitress brought out some crayons and papers for the kids to color on AND she brought out some cucumbers for the twins (1 year old) to munch on while we waited for our food! She was a gem!! Would happily go back again if we’re ever in the same neck of the woods!!

Came into this joint on a whim after hiking the falls. Was not disappointed! Super friendly staff (shout out to Kammy and James), the food was absolutely bomb, and portions were great. We all left with to-go boxes. Decor in this place was cute too, the whole atmosphere was charming and fun.

6 stars! Even though the food arrived on it’s side and a lot of the sauce ended up in the bag, you know it’s good when you and the wife STAND while eating at the door. We stuffed our stupid faces with that buffalo tequila pasta, and tonight we’re trying to make it at home. Every time we’re in rifle, we’re going to brickhouse!

Greek Salad pretty good. The basil vinaigrette was thick & creamy without much flavor.
Pizza was hot. Toppings were not great quality and lacked flavor. (Chicken dried out, salami had no flavor and only a few mushrooms)

Touchdown!! Went to catch the second half of Broncos vs Chiefs I a rainstorm and Brickhouse was the all star. We sat at the bar to watch the game, Eric gave us incredible service and the best buffalo chicken pizza on the western slope! The best part was the wings, which were perfectly cooked, crispy with the right sauce ratio. This is my go to restaurant in Rifle, don’t miss out when in town!

I was so hungry I forgot to take pics. Pie is legit. Crisp, snappy hand-tossed crust, house-made sauce, not out of can off a Sysco truck and fresh toppings. And the basil vinaigrette dressing is like nothing I’ve ever had. If you have the circumstance to be in Rifle, eat here. If you live here and haven’t been here yet, what are you waiting for.

Great tasting pizza. Relaxing environment. The pizza tray art hung on the walls is a must see. Very creative. Our server Linda was very welcoming and attentive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I like the outside community billboard outside. There is diffenetly a community vibe here.
