We arrived in Bozeman in the middle of the night coming from a full day in Yellowstone. This was the nearest restaurant to our hotel open late at night. This meal was intended only as sustenance, but it was surprisingly SO GOOD???
As a Southern Californian with tons of Mexican food options, we thought Albertano’s in Bozeman was so AMAZING! We came back TWICE for night time munchies! The red enchilada sauce was soo good I loved that it drenched everything. The red enchilada sauce with the crispy taco was the best combo of crunch and gooey chile deliciousness. Combo #4 is the way. Their red salsa also had a decent kick, which was a pleasant surprise for a spice fiend! And their salsas were not watered down as I sometimes see.
Very casual fast food, looks like a big mess, but I swear it’s so delicious.

We stopped in on the way out of town to pick up a couple burritos. The service was good and the attendant accommodated our requests to add / edit ingredients from the choice on the menu.
The burritos are indeed quite large, so if you’re really hungry this might be the place for you. As for the quality of the burritos, we both found them to be good, but not great. We had tried Mr Burritos previously as well and agreed they were better than Albertano’s…mainly due to the chicken. It’s just a guess, but it seemed like Albertano’s used thigh meat and Mr Burritos used breast meat. It all comes down to personal preference which is why we gave the food 4 stars.

Food is great! Authentic and not overpriced, like pretty much everywhere else. I eat here every couple weeks or so. The chicken fajitas burrito is my favorite, but the chili rellenos are also great for a change. The burritos aren’t full of rice, which is good as a diabetic. I’ll eat my burrito until I’m stuffed and have leftovers. Lots of veggies and meat! Not someplace I’d go for the atmosphere, but the food is perfect! I hope they don’t change.

I ordered a chicken taco and the supreme burrito which came out to around $16. This is super reasonable considering the actual MOUNTAIN of a burrito this place served me.
The burrito was actually loaded with meat instead of a pound of rice like other places.
Oh also the red sauce has a really nice kick to it!

This place is awesome. You’re immediately greeted by the smell of Fabuloso when you open the door, so you know it’s gonna be legit. The flavor is there. The quantity is there. I try to make sure I’m hungry every time I pass Bozeman so I have a reason to stop here.

A busy but tasty Mexican food restaurant. They have been really efficient even they were super busy. It took me less than 5 minutes to get my order to make meal. Great stuff! Drive through, eat in and take away didn’t stop at one minute, amazing that they could deal them all in that professional and efficient. Food portion was big and tasted really good. The only pity was the coke machine might ran out of CO2 and made the drink flat. Still, a great place to enjoy fast and delicious Mexican food.

Can’t believe I’ve never eaten here whilst working in town and lodging next door. Got a massive carne asada burrito in about 1 minute, no joke. It was hot and delicious! Service could’ve been more friendly, as the staff was passive and didn’t make eye contact, nor smile. That aside, I’ll definitely be eating here again!
