First time to a Milo’s restaurant. It’s my favorite tea ever! Traveled from East Tennessee, was visiting the area and traveled an extra hour to visit the restaurant. The burgers were great and so unique! The manager was Sooo Sweet, she made my weekend and got a hug from her! Loved it! We would come back here next time we are in the area!! Thank you!!!!

Excited to have a Milo’s in North Alabama! The different sauces they offer are awesome. Definitely try the Double-O and Boom Boom sauces. Known for their sweet tea but the burgers and crinkle fries are where it’s at. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay.

I grew up in Hoover Alabama and it’s great to see a Milo’s hit ground near Huntsville even though I wish it was in Huntsville rather than Decatur it’s still worth the drive even worth the drive back to Hoover an hour and a half away. All the staff seems very friendly and the manager Kendra is by far the nicest woman I’ve ever met!

It was my second time trying Milo’s today and I was definitely not disappointed. The food is always fresh. My fries and burgers are always piping hot when I get it and I LOVE that. Even the buns are awesome. I got the double cheese combo and I love how they put lots of sauce on the burger. It’s so messy but sooo good. Don’t even get me started on the tea! The only downside is that the food is a little on the pricier side but I think it’s worth it when it comes to the quality of their food. Plus, the workers are always super nice.

What more can be said about Milo’s than fantastic? Great experience at this location each time I have visited. The burgers with that Milo’s sauce are finger licking good. Normally I don’t like crinkle cut fries although their seasoned fries stand above all others. The only thing I can say that is sad is the fact I have ro choose between what pie flavor I want. All are great.

If I could give a zero, I would. First visit and last. 2 customers & 4 staff inside. Ordered. Wife and I waited 15′ for burger and fries, watching 3 groups after us order and get served. They had no idea what we ordered or where the order went. After a couple minutes of the “Manager” trying to figure it out and all of looking idiotic, we finally got our $ back after waiting even longer for her to try to figure out how to do a refund. I’m surprised she didn’t have refunding $ to dissatisfied customers down pat. Never waste your time. I won’t even but their tea again at my corner store.

Excellent different kinds of sauces, awesome tea, and the burgers are delicious! I would have gave five stars, but I felt I was swindled some. It was my first experience with Milo’s, and I was not sure how to order my meal. I ordered an Original double burger combo, and then I added an apple pie. I didn’t notice that I should have asked for the Mega Meal, which consisted of the double burger combo with an apple pie. That in itself would have saved me a dollar. I’m not one to complain about a dollar, but I felt like the cashier failed to mention that discrepancy. Perhaps if she would have went above and beyond just a little bit, then the five stars would have sufficed! Hopefully, a Milo’s can be placed in Huntsville, Alabama so that travelers checking out the Deep South can give the place a try!
