My wife and I decided to check this place out for funsies. We both ordered the eggplant parm served with salad and bread. The portion sizes are HUGE and we came on a Tuesday where there’s a parm night going on, so the dish costs $13. Please don’t mind the half eaten portions, we were too busy grubbing out. The food is definitely better than certain places we have been to with the same price point. Definitely worth checking out

Went for the first time and it seemed a little expensive for the quality. While it was mostly good tasting, the eggplant was a little disappointing. The baked ravioli were good but super expensive for what they were. The bread they give you at the start is really good however!

I went there to get a dinner as I was in the area and wanted to try this place for a long time. The minute I walked in I was a bit shocked how outdated that place is, I have not been in the place like this forever and I eat out very often.
There was no sign that says wait to be seated so I wasn’t sure what to do and I just stood there as girls who worked there were just looking at me from behind the counter until waitress came and told me to give her a minute.

I sat down and the server came and I asked what’s good with chicken and she suggested Chicken carbonara and I took the offer. Salad and bread were good, the main dish not so much. There was barely any chicken, huge pieces of tomatoes and a ton of sauce which was good but once cooled down a bit- my pasta was drowning in oil( see pictures).

So I would I go again? Absolutely not, as I could give a food a second chance but the interior is just terrible and made me feel like I am somewhere in 2000 at the most and not in Strongsville restaurant in 2023.

Totally exceeded my expectations!! The Chicken Francois and the NYE special Grilled Pork Chop .. were prepared perfectly! I’ve eaten at a three star Michelin restaurant and without a doubt our meals were compared to Michelin Chef quality!! The chef didn’t take any short cuts, our meals were delicious and WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT. Our server Jennifer was so accommodating, hats off to Chef Dustin he is so talented… I never do restaurant reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience.. it truly was that good!!! Totally exceeded my expectations!! Happy New Year 2023

We just came across this place today. I will say we waited a few minutes to even get acknowledged at the front door. Once we sat it was a little better but the only negative is that they are very understaffed. The phone rang nonstop so we listened to that the whole time (took forever for staff to answer) and the food took quite some time. The bread and salad came out immediately and both were SO good! The only time we saw the waitress was to drop off the food and check. It’s not their fault they are busy and short staffed so I won’t criticize those girls. They were moving nonstop. The food was good! The sauce was better than I was anticipating. We will definitely go back. The side salad was so good & very big. Loved it! Inky reason I didn’t give a 5 star was due to the extended wait for any type of service.

First time here. The place we wanted to go didn’t open till later so on a web search I found this place located in equal distance between my sisters and me. They brought out fresh bread and butter–warm and delicious! The house salads that came with our entree were delicious, wirh homemade ranch dressing. My sister got some to go as well! They got chicken carbonara, i got sausage and sausage penne pasta in vodka sauce, and mt son got the ribeye. All very delicious! Alcohol was very reasonably priced. Our server (Sarah, according to receipt) was phenomenal–friendly, helpful , and fun, without being fake like some servers do to get better tips. We will definitely be back. Oh, we visited at 3 pm on Sunday. By 5 pm when we were leaving, it was packed! Great experience.

This may have been the best chicken parm I’ve had in the greater Cleveland area. The lasagna was also quite good.

My wife and I have been going to Italian Village on and off for years. Just recently, I tried the stuffed shells. The menu states it’s pasta stuffed with a three-cheese ricotta mix, baked and topped with freshly shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses, and house-made spaghetti sauce. They clearly forgot to mention it’s really mozzarella cheese with stuffed shells! 🙂 They really load up the mozzarella! I’m not complaining, as I love mozzarella, but for the first 10 minutes, I was rolling mozzarella like spaghetti on my fork! It’s a really great meal if you love mozzarella and stuffed shells. ️

Update: (wish I could give an extra 5 stars!) Excellent food and service, very personable and accommodating waiter. The food is well worth the value, I’ll be having my leftovers over the course of another 2 meals. I got the Chicken Carbonara (in addition to the salad and complimentary bread)

If your not paying attention, you’ll miss this little gem in a strip mall. The interior is a little outdated and you might get the feeling I got when I walked in that this might be a bad decision. But trust me, what Italian Village lacks in ambiance is made up by the food and service. Everything we ordered was excellent to the last bite. From soup to entree, we were not disappointed. Italian Village will definitely be one of my go-to restaurants in Strongsville.
