2 plain double cheeseburgers that I was charged for. Do you see cheese? Every other place knows PLAN “WITH” CHEESE. A double cheeseburger, is not a hamburger. From a Mexican American, You people need to figure out what was ordered and communicate correctly. Double cheeseburger. It’s in the name.
P.s. why would a ask for cheeseburger and not a hamburger? Because I want cheese.

The people that work here need a raise, because they understand the needs of the people who go here to eat. I was short by $1 for a food item and the manager allowed it to be comped. I’m not saying you should go to Burger King and try to rip off the manager. I’m saying that was a one-time incident and I’m grateful they helped me out in that way. However, the food is not very good here. When you eat it, it’s hot but it doesn’t feel fresh, which is kind of what Burger King is all about. On top of that, when you go outside of the store there’s a lot of solicitors which makes you very uncomfortable about sitting down and eating at the restaurant. Eating at this location makes you feel like you need to hurry up and get out of there because of the solicitors outside. The funny thing is that even though that’s going on outside, the interior is very up kept and very clean looking at all times. But who are they making it clean for when there are solicitors outside making you uncomfortable while you eat? This Burger King location has a lot to improve, even though they have some very great staff among their ranks.

I was served here by a gentleman name Jose Luis..I believe. Great service! He made sure my order was correct and recommended a few things I didn’t even know were available! I find it odd that I’ve had better service here than at a traditional sit down restaurant. Well done Jose. Thank you for showing us who pay that customer service is not dead!

I don’t know if this is a new normal but I got 3 whopper meals and the patties were literally like a gray/green color no thanks. Won’t be going back that’s for sure. Didn’t bother to go back and put a complaint I’ve been there too many times the staff is nice when you’re ordering not so much if you go to return or claim missing items.
Which is a shame because Burger King was a go to destination for the fam.

I want to start by saying the music is always a highlight and the food is consistently good for a fast-food spot. The burgers are genuinely satisfying, and I appreciate the convenience.
However, I’ve had a few frustrating experiences. In the summer, the air conditioning is almost always broken, making it difficult to enjoy a meal inside without feeling uncomfortably hot. Additionally, I’ve had multiple instances where my drive-thru order was missing the fries. It’s a small detail, but it’s happened enough times to be a consistent issue.
I really hope these things can be addressed because the music and food make this a place I want to keep coming back to.

Always do drive thru. Always fast accurate and nice people. Even if u have to wait its pleasant because the people. They are nice. Some gentleman was very polite when i had to wait. Made sure my order was right before he handed it to me and told me if there is a problem because of the wait he would be happy to help. You dont get that these days. Its nice and makes people want to return. Good job BK

establishment looked clean and organized. I tried the impossible whopper and it tasted fresh and delicious with all the vegetables that the burger includes. They need to work on customer service for sure and training on how to get coupons into the register. But this burger looks better than the other ones probably will comeback.

Came and ordered food employee Miguel was rude, rushed us to order our food and had ask for sauce When i was trying to do tap pay i had to reach far into the window to pay. Got upset because i asked for ranch and barbecue sauce. Pulled into the front parking lot where we were asked to wait. He brought out the food out and handed it to me he walked away cussing about having to bring it out when he told me to pull to the front.
