In all my years, this is one of the best pizza places I have been to. The pizza was great. The crust is just a little bit thicker than a thin crust. The chicken wings were fabulous. I had the honey BBQ. They were good size. The salad bar was average. I love chili but have yet to find a restaurant chili that was good until now. Theirs is delicious. The waitress was great. And, of course, the bottle of Bud Light was ice cold and delicious!

Pizza West was our favorite pizza place up until early 2025 when management/ownership changed. The last 3 times we have ordered things have been missing. Ordered tonight and salads/wings had no dressing when we paid for extra. Pizza was not fully cooked. Used to amazing!!!

I had high hopes, and nope. So I ordered a Pepperoni & Ham pizza w extra sauce, plus Fettuccine Alfredo w Chicken. All the food was blah. I can’t imagine ever trying it again. I rarely grade things less than a 3, but I literally just stopped eating both and threw them away. You know how people say, “…even bad pizza is good.”…nope. Oh, also…their liquor is overpriced. Beer could be better, but liquor isn’t worth your wallet.

Previously I would have said this was one of, if not the best, pizza places in town but everything is different now, and awful. This is the second time since change of ownership we have been there. The first time was atrocious and the owner was kind enough to refund our money. We decided to give it another try a few months later and it’s worse. The food is overly salty and flavorless. The pizza has hardly any sauce and the edible hulk didn’t even have buffalo sauce on it. Everything about this place is terrible. Over priced beyond belief and some of the worst pizza in Omaha. The service is also horrible with our waiter just hanging out behind the counter eating pizza. The place screams incompetence l.

We live way out west but were headed to Costco so stopped in for dinner. Quiet, clean and affordable. The salad bar was fresh, the pizza very good! Our favorite pizza for +30 years has been The Isles in Havelock/Lincoln. This is the first pizza to compete! Will be back!

The service was horrible. First sat and ordered food went well. Then our server went on his break and everything went downhill. Even after going to the counter and asking for our check and a to-go box we sat and waited for 30 minutes while the other servers went around and helped every other table but ours even though they came in long after we did. When we finally had enough and went up to the counter to complain all they could say was that it got busy. Im sorry, I didnt realize getting the check and to-go box was such a difficult task. Also considering how quick the, I assume, manager was willing to comp our meal I dont think this is the first time this has happened.

I recently hosted a birthday party here for my daughter’s 10th birthday with a group of about 30 people, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
The party room is advertised as accommodating 35 people. While there may technically be that many seats, the room absolutely DOES NOT comfortably fit 35 people. It was extremely cramped, with little space to move, which made it difficult for both adults and children to enjoy the event. I feel this is important to note so other families are not misled when planning large gatherings.
Before booking, I specifically called to compare locations. I would have chosen the other Pizza West location because it offeredmore space, but I was told the Maple Street location had video games that would be appealing for kids. I was told there were several actual video games along with a claw machine. This was a major deciding factor since this was a children’s party. In reality, there was only one claw machine, and the rest were coin operated toy or gumball style machines. There were no actual video games as described, which was very disappointing.
I also called ahead and spoke with Andrew, the manager, who was very kind and helpful. I asked specifically about having the Broncos game on with audio, as that was another deciding factor in booking this location. While staff were able to pull the game audio onto a smaller TV only after having issues. The sound was extremely low and inaudible. It came across as muffled background noise, and no one could actually hear or follow the game! Andrew had left before the game started, and the staff on duty afterward were unable to improve the situation.
The service was also terrible for a party of this size. We expected more consistent attention. I repeatedly had to ask for plates to be cleared, and follow up for basic needs; napkins, refills, etc.. Plates piled up, and our group ended up clearing them ourselves multiple times while food was still being ordered. Such a disappointment, when they did not have one customer inside eating the whole time, and the one lady they had standing around. Considering the amount of money spent, the level of service did not meet expectations at all. At the end of the event, there was also a billing mix-up that added to the frustration. I went to close out the tab, not realizing my husband had already paid. I was told the bill had been paid but was not given clear information about who paid or honest information when i asked if a tip had been left. Based on that conversation, I tipped AGAIN! Shortly afterward, I learned my husband had already paid the bill and tipped very well. As a result, we unintentionally double-tipped. This lack of clarity was disappointing, especially at the end of an already stressful experience. The food quality itself was a below average, and I had heard great things about their food, it did not match up and we (ourselves) ordered two large pizzas: 1 crab ragoon and 1 pepp. Along with 20 wings half spicey garlic and half BBQ. I tried several others orders and was unimpressed. – Super disappointing.
That said, I would never host a party here again, of any size. The combination of the cramped space, misleading information, lack of entertainment for kids, audio issues, and poor service made this a stressful and disappointing experience. I can say that I won’t be back, not even for take out.

We used to love PizzaWest but the last two times we’ve been here it’s been disappointing. The pizza has been inconsistent, with some pieces having thin crust and others having a much thicker, undercooked crust. The distribution of sauce, cheese, and toppings has also been horrible. These issues are further compounded by the inconsistent cook of the pizzas. Sometimes it’s good, but usually it’s undercooked with portions of the toppings and crust being nearly raw. These issues are simply unacceptable for a pizza of this price. The last pizza was so unpleasant that we didn’t even keep it for leftovers. It pains me to say this but we won’t be going back here and I urge everyone to stay away as well.
