This is my boyfriend and I’s new favorite breakfast place! I have been searching for an old-timey sit down restaurant for some time now and finally found it! From the delicious home-styled food, the wonderful hospitality and atmosphere, this is the best and cutest place! I’m so grateful a place like this exists! We met the daughter and owner who were so friendly, along with everyone else too. I absolutely adore this place. We will 100% be coming back

Great fresh food! We had our ladies breakfast here on Jan 3, 2026. Everyone really enjoyed the food! I am very picky about my home fries, and these I loved!! They were real fresh sliced potatoes fried with a little onion, truly the best I’ve had in a long time. A few of us had French toast which was good. The omelettes are great too. The service was top notch refilling our coffee and drinks. We will definitely be going back very soon. The lunch and dinner menus look very good too.

The food here is always well portioned &delicious. It is a quaint little family owned business &you can tell the owners &wait staff really care about their customers! I came twice in one week, for breakfast w/my sister &then again w/my brother. My sister & I both got 2 eggs over easy w/crispy bacon &hasbrowns. These were the best hashbrowns I’d eaten in a restaurant in a very long time: FRESH! Homemade- cut, parboiled & made them themselves–> SOOOO YUMMY! Perfectly salted &browned. We also has chicken noodle soup as nearing lunchtime: wow! Love their family recipe. So simple an item – but hard to get it just right! Village Garden *does 🙂 Did a great job with our perfectly cooked over medium eggs too. I was stunned Haha Whites cooked through over the yolk, but still dippy for our toast! KUDOS to the chef, on his frnech fries and onion rings too : lightly seasoned & breaded, cooked exactly to temperature for a crispy crunch, but soft inside. The frying oil was obvously fresh & CLEAN ! No bitter after taste or bits of black from previous fries long ago, could taste the freshness in potato & light sweetness of onion. Whatever oil they were using, a delectable light addition to both side orders. I got the gyros : EXCELLENT Taziki sauce &soft pita – just the right amount of tomatoe and onion w/flavorful meat! My brother, who is also very particular, ordered a cheese steak sammich – was very happy with the amount of meat &mushrooms, onion that filled his soft fresh hoagie bun – lightly toasted. The food here is astoundingly tasty & well prepared, plate & tummy filling, with some left to take home! Village Garden is not cutting back on portions nor quality ! As we have seen decline at a lot of places (while prices go up)… NOT HERE ! It was a great experience!!_ and would have been a 5 star across the board – except for the dessert selections. When you walk in the front door, there is a dessert case. I feel it should showcase the scrumtious lovely looking treats, customers could enjoy after such a great lovingly prepped meal – especially as a first impression as entering the restaurant. Each time my family came, there was one quite large peanut butter cup cake that had 3/4 quarters of its whipped topping destroyed. It was not an appeali g presentation. So I skipped dessert the first time – hoping the 2nd visit, would either include a better choice or would see that cake removed at the end of the day. Nope. It was still there, disappointingly, 2 days later. I opted to ask the Hostess upon entering, for the piece of it that still has an intact (not smashed) dollop of whipped cream. Dessert first, is a Life Rule I explained! I would like it even before ordering; waited 10 minutes & still no peanut butter cake, so I approached the hostess again to request the piece of cake, having not seen our waitress yet. I watched her take it into the back to the kitchen, seemed to ask around for someone to plate it, had no luck, then came back out & set it at the silverware wrapping station & grabbed my piece with her bare hands to plop it onto a dessert plate. Diaguated that she touched my food w/no gloves – esp. Since she was handling cash & other people’s cards as they were paying to leave. Could not believe my eyes & refused it. She rolled her eyes at my declining the dessert: quite rude. I explained it was unsanitary &rule in food service to wear gloves while preparing food if had been handling money, could possibly contaminate. Very sad!! _ to have missed out on that last piece of decent looking PB yumminess. Thankfully, the waitress understood my disappointment & apologized profusely, took the rest of the destroyed cake out of the window immediately without me saying a word – stated “Idk why this is even still in here, looks horrible!” &fixed the other offerings to look more appealing. The contrast between the two employees was evident. Maybe the hostess was just having an off day? But she left a bad taste in my mouth w/her unsavory food handling practice. Overall, FANTASTIC visits! Talented chef &expert wait staff “save the cake”

They use real butter, and their bacon is fabulous– it’s not salty! They also serve delicious French Toast.

First time coming here. Got the BBQ burger. You could tell that the meat was super fresh, the burger has really good flavor. The fries were super crunchy.
The wife got the special a spicy Thai wrap, she thought it had a lot of flavor.
The wait staff was really friendly along with the owners daughter that checked in on us and to see how the food was.
The down side is they offer chips and at first glance you would think this was homemade chips but they are just a bag of ruffles.
Overall I give this a solid 9 out of 10, that for the chips and the parking.
We would definitely be back again. I would recommend anyone that is on the fence to give this place a try.

Delicious, delicious, delicious. I cannot express that enough. I thouroughly enjoyed the traditional Macedonian fare, particularly the Chicken Paprikash with its gormet level flavour and the Kebapi Platter, a flavorful and refreshing dish for any time!! I could not recommend this restaurant highly enough! A true Hidden Gem!
