With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

I’m a regular at Ziggis because it’s right by my house, but I was across town and stopped by to grab a redbull. The girl at the window was so sweet and so helpful. I didn’t get her name but everyone else in the shop seemed so welcoming too. The flavors she suggested were so good and overall the experience was great ! I would definitely come by here if I am in this part of town again !

Was pretty disappointed i had a little time to stop and get coffee so I stopped and there were three people at walk up window waited 15 /20min then had to leave but I’m that time I watched them walk out take orders and serve cars that could not even move because of car at window while the walks up waited and waited i had to cancel to not be late to work i will not be coming to this one again

I love them so much and it’s becoming a problem. I don’t think they realize that they are actively contributing to my addiction. A sugar free mocha snowy with a chocolate zucchini bread And lets NOT talk about the chocolate covered espresso beans.
