Food is basic. chicken curry was tasty but too watery, it would be better if it was thicker. Hot and sour soup was fine just tasted bit metallic. Would we come back? Probably not.

Wonderful location. Got take out lunch and the food isn’t too bad either. Basil eggplant with beef was all about eggplant. There was hardly any basil or beef. Asked for spicy and it was barely mild plus. Mix vegetable fried rice was average.

We ordered food to pick up from Ming’s. I ordered the lemongrass tofu which was described as “hot and spicy” but was actually gelatinous and bland without the slightest taste of anything remotely like lemongrass. Basically a lot of cornstarch with some frozen mixed vegetable (cubed carrots and peas), and super soft tofu. We also ordered an eggplant/chicken dish which was not terrible but unremarkable. The vegetarian eggrolls were good and came 6 to an order but came with about 1/2 tbsp sauce for all 6 eggrolls. Lastly, the order totaled a little over $50 and came with NO rice! Seriously, the rice had to be ordered separately. One of the worst take out experiences ever! Do not recommend.

Our Christmas day dining experience at Ming’s Restaurant was an unexpected delight! Our group of six, including a three-year-old, stumbled upon this hidden gem and were thoroughly impressed. Ming’s staff warmly welcomed us and efficiently seated our group, creating a cozy atmosphere that suited us perfectly for the holiday.

The variety of dishes we savored at Ming’s Restaurant truly made it stand out—a hidden gem indeed! Each dish had rich flavors that impressed everyone, even our little one. They also accommodated our gluten free request. Despite the larger group and the presence of a young child, the attentive service made our Christmas meal hassle-free and truly enjoyable.

Ming’s Restaurant provided us with a memorable Christmas dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and are excited to return for more delightful meals in the future.

Very great food, it’s real authentic Chinese food. Good Fried Rice, very good orange chicken and other stuff. Order takes a very short amount of time to come out.

Ming’s has great Chinese food- both American Chinese food and authentic Chinese food.

The owners were friendly.

The dim sum (pork dumplings and shrimp dumplings) were very good. Beef chow fun was also very good. The deep fried sesame balls are also good.

This place is great for small groups (2-4 people)

Stopped here for lunch with the family. They have a nice lunch special menu with lots of options and a bento box style as well if you want with potstickers, spring rolls and others. Very reasonably priced and they seem to have a lot of take up business. They also have dim sum options although we didn’t try any.

Their shrimp eggplant dish is slightly spicy. They don’t mark their spicy dishes on their menu so be sure to ask if you have any doubts.

Terrible food! I mean so bad that I can’t even believe they’re in business. Maybe, it’s hit or miss but we went in for lunch, it was Bland, it was overcooked, it was inedible. The service is non-descript I know others described it as friendly there was really nothing friendly about it. They weren’t rude they just acted like they could have cared less if we were there. Will never go again

New owners. It’s just okay to below average. Better Chinese food in the city and south of SF. This is American Chinese food. People probably can’t tell the difference here… that it’s not great. But, best prices in town of limited options.

Very nice, attentive, accommodating Local People.
Extremely clean surroundings, easy parking.
Reasonable prices, large menue and good food, good portions … Our visit was a hit with my wife, kids and their grandparents.
Up on leaving the restaurant, the six of us agreed, ” Yep, we’ll becoming back here again”.
