Not only was this pizza full of oil at the bottom of the box and cold. But, these slices don’t even match with the rest of the pizza, like they filled the slices in. This was disgustingly disappointing. I called back and kept getting hung up on. I order from them regularly and have been disappointed before but this took the cake.

I took my family for dinner and food was exactly what you expect, toppings were generous and fresh, the cheese had the perfect melt in your mouth quality, the pizza was nicely cooked with that golden and crispy garlicky crust. The service really stood out, from the moment we walked in we were greeted , dinning looked clean. Now a days is really rare to see that level of care in a casual dinning setting. My wife made sure to ask for the managers name since we really want to say thank you and keep up this great work Karina.

One star, because the wait times are honestly ridiculous. The girls working here are amazing though, super nice, and they really do their best. But still, the wait is always crazy long. Even when I order ahead just to pick up, I end up waiting 15–40 minutes every single time.
By the way, I’ve also ordered through delivery apps, and it’s even worse, it always takes forever from this place.

I just had to leave a review for the amazing service I received from Monica at this Pizza Hut! My boyfriend orders pizza here all the time, and I went to pick it up for him — Monica went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. You can really tell she cares about her customers. We’ll definitely keep coming back. I ordered pizza 4 hours in advance and have a confirmation for the time I ordered it for and showed up at that time. I payed in advance and picked the pick up time I needed because I had somewhere to be. They said they would put the pizza in the oven when I showed up and tried to blame me even though I had proof of the pick up time and a confirmation email. The girl was extremely rude and didn’t apologize for their mistake. Terrible terrible service!
