Been a regular here for about half a year now. We stop by too much to keep track of now, but the employees even seem to recognize us at this point.
We’d like to give a shout out especially to Rejesh! He’s always just so friendly and kind to us! Always making sure orders are accurate. Thank you so much!
As for the food, I immigrated from Canada and Tim Hortons was always my fav, unfortunately we don’t have those here so Dunkin has become an affordable but quality replacement. The strawberry refreshers are amazing and a favourite but that avocado toast has no business being that good from a DONUT/COFFEE SHOP!
Never been inside at this location so can’t really comment on that.

It’s been a while… . When working daily and catching the early morning commuter train into downtown, I’d place an order using the app for breakfast-to-go or an after work snack. The order was always accurate and hot. For example, the vegetarian breakfast sandwich was crazy fresh.
At the time, the day and evening services were polite and helpful. After working for hours on my feet, meeting thoughtful and polite people was a godsend.
Before moving from the area, I did notice some personnel changes.
Overall, the business model was appropriate: convenient location near a major street and MARTA (buses and railways), 24 hour service, various ways to receive food: pick up, drive thru, dine in, and a rewards program for frequent customers (free drinks).

Really disappointing Dunkin location. They made my order with the wrong milk (the cashier wasn’t listening to anything I said) and they wouldn’t remake it so I just left. Don’t visit this location unless you want to throw away your money. Definitely won’t be returning.

I’ve been a regular here for 2 years now. Rajesh is such an amazing employee and prepares the food and drinks at the highest quality that Dunkin can offer. However, lately, they’ve had a management change and staff change…leading to some terrible experiences. It’s always the same guy – short, medium build, glasses. He has insane attitude, starts making the food when the customer gets to the window, doesn’t check to see if there are items available before charging people, then refuses refunds. He talks like he owns the place, and maybe he does, but he shouldn’t be working with that attitude. There are other workers who don’t make the drinks right. Coffee tastes burnt most of the time and they all have some kind of attitude. Seems like most of them are close friends or family and they’re all in on it together.

First time placing my order through the app. Won’t do that ever again. I went to the pickup area but did not see my order because they had it shoved behind the display and NOT in the mobile order area. Waited 20 minutes and finally got up and had to ask for my mobile order. Meanwhile, the hashbrownd (6 little rounds) had gotten cold and soggy and they hadn’t even gotten my order of 2 donuts bagged. I could understand if they were busy but there were only 3 customers and they were already eating/drinking their orders. And to top it off the amllmost non-existent customer service was terrible. Food was still good but had to heat up the hashbrowns. Never had this kind of problem with this location in the past. Time to start going back to the Bufird Hwy location. A little further to drive nut their customer setvicevis 100 times better than the Brookhaven lovation at the intersection of Peachtree and Dresden.

Visited this location several times recently after their remodel and the coffee is NOT GOOD! Coffee definitely does not have the same Dunkin flavor. I believe they are using different coffee products. The hazel nut and toasted almond syrups have an artificial taste. I have NEVER had this problem with any of their other locations. They need help!
