Wonderful experience today for lunch. I believe the menu was vegan but the tea had dairy options, if that’s your jam. You grab a menu when you walk in and order at the counter. You seat yourself and there’s also outdoor seating available in the back of the establishment . There’s a water station further in back by the toilets. I didn’t check for Wi-Fi but I’m sure they have it. Highly recommended and will probably return for the other items we couldn’t get.

Great advice and Tea discussion at both locations. First time went downtown in a hurry and had to get tea to go in a cup.
This location was close the second time I attempted and it was just add lovely.
Yes puts and cold stress uniquely perfect.
Communications? Tea – chai not usually my first choice but it came highly recommended by staff and I see what. It deliciously flavorful and well balanced. Notes of both spicy ginger cardamom and had woodsy notes too . I resisted the bag at home to enjoy more next day.
Had lullaby – it’s for sleep but enjoyable tastes. Hard to save out first later .
remembrance – My favorite!!! Also happen to enjoy the unique taste of sage and basil blends.
Vulnerability – least favorite. I thought I’d like hibiscus and lavender but I don’t. Hibiscus is too strong to taste the rest of flavors in tea so it was disappointing.
I say cussing and enjoying my tea so didn’t have a chance To but my top 3 teas so far. Will have to come back.

Love Dobra. We have gone to all the locations in Ashville. Our favorite tea spot every time we visit. Love the cozy seating and huge menu for vegan/gf food and great selection of teas. Come to unwind and sip delicious tea. Don’t forget to check out their pastry selections. Everything is delicious

I hate this becuase the place is so cool, and the folks working there were nice.
we stopped and ordered 2 brown sugar boba teas to go, and they were just a disaster.
1. the cups were the worst. push top lids with massive spill gaps and they didnt fit.
2. the tea was mostly ice… barely any brown sugar, or milk, or tea really…
3. we payed for extra tapioca pearls, and the portion size was still unsatisfactory… and the tapioca was tasteless…
All around really disappointing experience. I wish I could have a refund. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing?

If you want sweeter boba, go to the one in Asheville downtown (Lexington). Ive went to this one 3 times and ordered the same boba order I get in Downtown, however, this location’s isn’t sweet at all, and there’s no sugar in the tapioca. The snacks are good and the decoration is great. Overall, if you’re just looking for sweet boba just go to the other location in Lexington or sweet and seats.

I love all of the Dobra tea locations. But often downtown can be crowded. I also host a radio show in West Asheville on 103.3, and so sometimes it is great fun to take our guests out to the West Asheville Dobra location. This location seems somehow more mellow, less touristy and more locals. It has a great vibe, and, in some ways I think the menu is a bit larger (at least in terms of food).
It is rare to wait for a table here, except during peak tourist season in the summer.
I’ve had meetings here over the years; I’ve had my radio show guests come here over the years, and I’ve been here alone, just to have a gorgeous pot of tea and clear my head and get some reading done.
I remember when they opened, and I was so excited. They never disappoint.

We met friends here for lunch. We arrived early (11:15) and there were several people in line ahead of us ordering at the counter, which is how it works. We were seated in the light infused front room dining area in very pleasant surroundings. Our food arrived quickly and everything was delicious. Nice presentation on little wooden trays although our small table could not accommodate all the trays so the waitperson took them away. It was a nice touch though.
As vegans we enjoy having many menu options and Dobra Tea met that need. I highly recommend this restaurant.
