The best burger we’ve had in a long time. Had the Curly’s burger, and definitely recommend it. Done perfectly, with all the right toppings to make it drool-worthy. Also had chicken tenders, and those were really good too. Can’t wait to be back in the area to try other offerings, or go to the meat raffle! Super nice owner that served us too. A real treat.

Great experience! We stopped in looking for a lunch spot while driving from Dubuque back to Oconomowoc- Greeted by very friendly Bartender/ owner- We had the Curlys Double Patty- 2 8oz pattys( 1 Lb burger!) – easily big enough for my wife and I to split!- Great burger- very juicy and seasoned perfectly – Great Bun too!- we had it topped with Gouda cheese- Delicious!!
We had a nice conversation with some of the other local folks at the bar as well- everyone was friendly- Very clean establishment- a hidden gem!
We highly recommend Curlys and will stop again whenever traveling through this part of the state!

Fun, friendly staff. The food is excellent, which is good because when this place was the Starlight Bar the food sucked most of the time and the service was based on who was on duty. Terry and Angie have done a great job of making this bar a desirable destination once again! Abby is also a great asset behind the bar. It’s nice to have a neighborhood bar back again!!

I’m so happy that our neighborhood bar was bought and rebranded. The food is amazing, and they started serving breakfast on Sundays…the owners and staff are fun and engaging. Angie and Terry have done an amazing job. We are so glad we came back after the old place sold. Customer for life!

Great place. Amazing food, best corn chowder ever and free community food on game days. Quality owner and friendly staff along with the locals that will strike a conversation anytime. Free pool on Mondays. League is here on Thursdays. Refurbished table and you can usual get some of them to play some competitive games after. Just don’t let the cooks pool shark you! Just an all around welcoming small town bar that made me a lifer.

Curly’s is the best breakfast from Mt.Horeb to Dodgeville. We go almost every Sunday they serve breakfast and have never had a disappointing meal. We enjoy their special dish and pancakes(my favorite, I get every time) they change each Sunday. The food is never too greasy as bar breakfast can be. This is the only place we have gone to breakfast since we enjoyed it the first time.

We were visiting from St. Louis to ride the Military Ridge Trial for the weekend. After visiting Blue Mound State park we dropped in for lunch on a Sunday. To our surprise they have bingo on Sunday’s at 2:30. The sweet owner was behind the bar, the place was packed with the friendliest locals, bingo was a blast and the 1/2 lb Curly burger and fries were amazing!
