Would have given 5 stars. I ordered from here reguarly. I called today because I ordered 2 monster smoothies. Upon picking them up and leaving the store I took and sip and the smoothies were very warm. I called immediately to say something doesnt seem right the smoothies are very warm, almost like they made them with warm milk or something. I asked if they could remake them because they dont taste right and are really undrinkable that warm. The girl spoke to the manager and he said the best solution is to go home and put it in the freezer?? 1) thats not good customer service 2) we ordered them to go and dont have access to a freezer 3) something made them very warm and it doesnt taste right.
Just disappointed with how they handled this when the error was clearly on their end. Don’t love spending $20 on smoothies that are not drinkable.

Found this place randomly googling one day and now it’s my favorite stop when we’re in the area! The bowls are packed with toppings and the price is MORE than fair. I get the Berry Delicious and my boyfriend gets the Paradise bowl. Not shown but it’s super cute inside too- the perfect hangout

If I could give a zero star I would! I order from here almost every weekend and never have an issue until today. I placed my order for a bowl and a sandwich.I got a text message saying, my order was done.And it was only the sandwich they hadn’t even started on the bowl.Went over to pick it up.And they’re like, oh well, only half the order is ready with attitude. I said, fine, I’ll be back when the rest of it’s done I give them ten minutes went back.They still had not even started on my bowl. Also I got my sandwich and it’s supposed to come with a small little salad and it did not. For me it was the attitude it was not called for!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet, after coming here with my daughter every Saturday for something like 4 years. I can’t speak to the newer hot food/Cafe items, but we have been getting their bowls, smoothies, and oatmeal and have never been disappointed. It’s great to have a reasonably healthy snack alternative where you know exactly what goes into it.
Service is great and friendly — shout out to Dani 🙂 — and I believe prices are reasonable. I’ve docked atmosphere slightly because occasionally there is a dirty table and the music is not always kid-appropriate.

I go here afterschool, the Acai series are too good. One thing that is disappointing is the acai bowl container. The acai bowl container is so weak that it breaks if you bump into something even a little(I need a bag so I asked for that and it was not smooth so the underneath broke); this makes hard to eat. And the lid doesn’t close properly, so it spills every time I did take-out. But nice to have. Little expensive.

I waited 45 minutes for an egg cheese and sausage sandwich. The bagel was cold and untoasted, the cheese was just kraft cheese singles, and there was no sausage.

We went to get 3 smoothies. One medium, two large. There was no one in line but tons of people waiting. We placed our order and were not told it was a 30-40 minute wait for the smoothies. The staff were moving in slow motion. we had just been to tatte where there were four times the customers and they were so kind and organized, they were moving so quickly and got us our order. But we came here and it was way less people, so slow, and no one even apologized for the insanely long wait.
We finally got our smoothies and the blueberry one tasted like dirty blueberry water, bitter and yucky. The acai one tastes like liquid antibiotic (the pink thick one)
We already had decided we’d never be back while we waited, but the smoothies being foul was the reason for the review.
I understand it was a busy day, maybe a limited menu and more staff would have helped. But wow, 0/5 stars.

Delicious brown sugar bubble tea! The owner is so sweet, and gave us free samples of the bases of the different bowls which were also really good. Will return soon for acai bowls and more bubble tea!
