This is in my top 3 places in the tri cities. I grew up never being big on Mexican food. Just wasn’t my thing. That all changed when I came here. This restaurant became a staple for our lunch breaks while working in Kingsport. The food here is not only incredible, but incredibly consistent. And so is the service. It’s always lightning fast and so fulfilling. I love this place and I love the staff that work here. My only regret is that I live so far from this place. Oh Pollo loco con chorizo my beloved

This was me and my girlfriend’s first time coming in and decided to try it out for my good friend’s birthday today who hasn’t tried it out either. We were craving Mexican food all day and thought we’d give this place a try because our customers at work had recommended to us. I ordered me a steak and shrimp and let me tell you something… that was the BEST Mexican food I’ve had in a very long time! There was so much flavor, the steak was cooked great, and everything just melted in your mouth. I cleaned up that entire plate! My girlfriend and the birthday boy got the Arroz Con Pollo and they both absolutely loved it as well. Our waitress was nice, the staff was very friendly, and didn’t have to wait too long! Definitely coming back! Highly recommended! Very happy!

This was our first time at El Patron and we had great service! Teresa was our waitress and she was very friendly. Food was great and very affordable. I actually forgot my leftovers and came back after hopping on 26 and Teresa had saved them for me even though the table was already cleaned. We will definitely be coming back!
