Unfortunately, management has failed at my favorite Bojangles in Greensboro. Due to my experience today, I am unsure whether I will visit again for my fix of “Botato Rounds” and an Egg Biscuit. Today I had THE worst drive-thru experience ever with a manager named April. When I complained about the preparation of my order, she snatched the food from my hand, accused me of taking “two bites, instead of one/eating half” (when I had just purchased the meal and had only taken one bite!), and slammed the window in my face. She then took the meal and showed it around to different employees in the kitchen, which is very unsanitary and inappropriate. I didn’t even want to eat after this behavior, so I asked for a full refund. She then demanded I “get out of her line,” which I ignored until my business was handled appropriately as a paying customer.
I was stunned by her behavior and told the GM. Thankfully, he was there and very apologetic, gave me my refund, and asked me to come back. I let him know how highly I always thought of this location, and that interaction was very disappointing. I am not sure I would recommend this location with April in charge. As pulled off as she was, she still looked justified. Wow.

Wasted $18 on 2 sides and a supremes combo. The fries were awful, oily, and old. Even though there were like 10 people in the back, the food took forever to come out. Same for the drive through, they were making all cars wait and it was not for big orders. The self ordering idea is awful, I wanted half and half and that’s not an option. Plus their score is 93, I wish I saw this before placing my order.

Stopped there yesterday, January 29, 2026 around 5:30 PM. I ordered a Cajun fillet sandwich with mayo only fries with no seasoning and a cheer wine. I also asked for a boberry biscuit and was told it would take four minutes to get it because they had to cook more. Needless to say that never happened. I ended up with a bo berry biscuit that looked like it had been cooked two days prior to it was cold and hard so were the four minutes came in at that I had to wait I don’t understand because they didn’t cook me a fresh one. They gave me one that have been sitting there for approximately two days, it was so hard I had to throw it out. My Cajun fillet sandwich had lettuce and tomato on it when I plainly asked for mayo only I asked the girl when I got to the window. Did she get my order correct ? She insisted that the order was correct not only did they give me my fries with no season, but they dumped it back into the grease to remove the seasoning off. They were re- fried and the seasoning needless to say it wasn’t worth my time to even go back and complain because I’ve already asked the girl at the window about my order prior to I paid almost $12 for some garbage that had to be tossed in the trashcan. I don’t eat tomatoes because they make my bread wet and I break out. It was on my sandwich so I had to throw it away. Ridiculous. Stay away from this place.

Most times I come here they don’t give you what you request. I ask for extra seasoned fries every time I order and hot and fresh. The fries are stale and there is no seasoning on them even if you request more.

We went to this location for the first time in at least 4 months @5:30 pm – food was not up to any form of Bojangles standards – it seems that way every time that we have gone to the Battleground location.
Chicken was barely warm – it was quite obvious that it had been sitting for a long while. Fries were plain cold. We ordered the salted caramel apple crisp – it was warmish but the topping was totally dried up
This was absolutely the last time we will go to this location. We have visited several other Bojangles locations and never encountered such substandard conditions.

Bosize appearently means medium side and large drink now. Almost $25 on 2 biscuits with 2 med sides and 2 large drinks is insane. I could have a wayyy better sit down for that. Bo used to be the king, but shrinkflation and AI ordering that got my order wrong will prevent me from going back

Went on November 10th to get a Spicy Chicken Biscuit. Lady was rude at the window but gave me my biscuit. Took a bite of it and when chewing, realized something was wrong. The chicken was RAW!!!!! Threw up immediately after. Considering sending to the health department or other actions.

Rolled up on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for a quick lunch. No line inside and just a few other patrons in the dining section. The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable. I’d recommend Dennis Tuggle, GM, do a deeper cleaning routine each night and invest in an air purification system. The employee taking our order was neither rude nor overly welcoming. She spoke somewhat quickly but I guess Bojangle customers are supposed to understand, “drink, side, sauce” even when spoken as fast as humanly possible. The two orders of three piece Chicken Supreme took around five minutes to receive after placing our order. The dining area was reasonably clean and we were able to find a clean table. The chicken tenders, fries, and biscuits were all very tasty; kudos to the chef! The restrooms were clean and I appreciated the optional functioning hand dryer to save on paper waste. Upon leaving this establishment we were given a warm holiday farewell of, “Happy Thanksgiving!”

I’m not a fan of the new AI ordering system. While I get it, it’s just weird to mess with. You still need a person to work the window so, why switch to AI? Also it tried to up sell me on some stuff, and I wasn’t happy about that. Food was as expected.
