Very inconsistent donuts in our most recent visit. Ordered a half dozen chocolate glazed Boston creme filled donuts. Half the donuts were fine, the rest were about half the size of the others and barely had any chocolate frosting on them. I felt like 3 of those donuts should’ve been tossed and remade. I would question the standards they keep if 3 of those pass as being ok to serve.

I see the Dunkin stores are all the same. Doughnut selection was horrible. Some chocolate and the rest were just plain ol doughnuts with white or pink icing. I can get a better selection at Walmart. Do you not know how to make chocolate/vanilla delights, jelly or the peanut doughnuts anymore? Plus I left before being helped. Nobody would come to the front counter. Very sad compared to what it use to be.

Food is good, customer service is some thing to be desired. My experience was that the guys waited for me to use the kiosk while they were waiting on the back. Very unprofessional there was a lady there before that was very friendly

9-13-24. Young man behind the counter made me the best cup of Joe since we started this road trip. He could have served us some “older” brew but I think he got a notion we needed a worthy cup. He handed us our coffee and wished us a “blessed day”. I want you to know young man that I sense you can accomplish much in life, keep God first and go for it. 🙂

This place is a mess. Understaffed, poor service and often closes early.
Look at the picture and tell me the employees there are washing their hands and following proper food handling procedures.
Donuts I got today looked like they sat around in the heat until all the powdered sugar melted off. They’re supposed to be white! And check out the bottom shelf. Gross.

Went to drive thru, the tried to tack on a $1 donation without my consent. I am all for feeding children, and probably would have donated if they asked. They never asked, never disclosed my total, and tried to skip the screen super fast so I didnt see before I pulled around. With such a long line, how many other people did they pull this on?

Stopped in to get a dozen donuts for a business meeting with a customer. Was handed a box that was prepackaged and went on my way not thinking I’d have to check it. Arrived at my customer to discover there were only 10 donuts in the box. This really made me look foolish. Following my visit I went back to inform Dunkin of their error and to receive a refund on the 2 donuts. The manager refused to refund me and only offered the 2 missing donuts. I don’t eat donuts and found their unwillingness to go any further to correct the issue appalling. The manager would not even speak to me directly and forced the surprisingly pleasant cashier to relay the message. I will never be back and recommend people choose a different option.

I’ve had the worst experience here at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The men at this location are very rude and always ushering you to move forward when you don’t even know what you want to drink. If I were somebody who didn’t know anything about coffee, this would be a terrible first time experience. You feel so rushed every time at the window and when things aren’t made the way that you would like them too since you are the one paying and spending your own money on it, they get an attitude and pass off the conversation to the next manager, as if they’re incapable of having a conversation with you to get you what you want in the first place. Very immature energy coming from the cashier at the window. There is always a rush, and I am often left feeling like I’ve left with something that I don’t even like. I asked for a remake of a small coffee and they took forever to make it, leaving me to think that they’ve done something to my drink so now I’ve wasted money on a drink that I won’t be drinking. Highly do not recommend this location 0/10.. Also, lastly, I paid for toppings after asking specifically for them three times and still did not receive them after receiving attitude for asking for something that I want and I’m willingly paying for.
