As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Our order wasn’t as we asked for it and the person at the window took a bit of an attitude when it was brought to attention. Since we weren’t charged for what we asked for, we let it ride. It was a snack after a great evening out in the city. Positive vibes only.

I ordered the new pretzel sandwich from checkers. It did not have everything that it was supposed to have on the sandwich. The intercom did not work. The manager was taking orders. She was rude as hell and I was sick for 2 days after I ate the sandwich. I called left a message for customer service to contact me back. It’s been 5 days and no one has contacted me.

I was passing through and I seen this Checkers opened late (1:35am) so I swung in got me a big Buford meal. And the very nice young lady made me the best damn big Buford I have ever had!!!! The fries were mediocre at best but I didn’t even care! I’ve never seen a commercial quality burger in real life, look at this beauty!!⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Absolute pros at getting orders wrong. Like, it takes genuine skill to be this bad at filling orders. They literally just forgot a whole burger from our order, the bigger of the two, and we didn’t find out til we were too far down the road to turn back.

The meal was amazing, “awesome sauce” as my player put it.
The #5 double fry burger combo was made perfectly. The burgers were hot, cheese melted, and the fries were fresh put the grease.
The drink was a “burn your throat” type of Sprite.
It took a moment to get my order, not that was okay because they were making all the food fresh.

I guess the manager….looks like a man and gorilla mixed IS VERY RUDE! I waited in line 15 min for an order but everyone else was getting their food. Mind you i said the name i was picking up at the speaker!!!!

But On January 30, 2023 around 8:00pm I was in the drive thru and I asked for a 10/Piece Hot Wing Combo. I was handed just Wings and a Coke. I asked where was the French Fries? The reply was that a 10/Piece Combo don’t come with French Fries.
I asked to speak to the manager and he said, the same thing that the 10/Piece Combo Do Not Come With French Fries. I have always gotten Fries with a Combo.
The manager stated that he don’t give out Free Food.
I apologize for the misunderstanding.
and I am proud to let the manager know that I am part of a
Ministry and we give out Free Food
