I ordered the new chicken fajita quesadilla tonight on the app and there was no peppers in my quesadilla. The first time I ordered this was around lunch time several days ago and it was absolutely amazing. But tonight, it is the exact opposite. There seems to be no consistency with this location as this is not the first time I have ordered here at night and it has not been good at all. Not to mention I sat in the drive through line for three minutes at the speaker before someone finally decided to take my order.

The food was good. A bit cold but still good. I ordered on the app and received different than I ordered. I ordered the chicken finger plate, but got nibblers. I upgraded both sides to large fries and didn’t even get the amount of one small fry. All the drink cups had chunks missing out of the Styrofoam

If you haven’t tried Zaxby’s, like me, you are missing out!! It was the first time and they did not disappoint!! First, the food was FAST!! Less than 3 minutes from the time we placed an order for a kids meal and a 6 chicken finger plate with double fries to the time they handed us our food. The chocolate shake was great, they even put rainbow sprinkles on it, which my son loved. The chicken fingers, also really good. But what is going to keep me coming back is the FRIES!!! I’m not sure what all they are dusted with but it’s pure MAGIC!! Best fries I have had from any fast food restaurant

Girl at the drive thru had a bad attitude after I told her she got my order wrong. Couldn’t see her name tag but name on the receipt said Leita. Horrible customer service. Bad attitude. She should not be around customers or in any type of industry that involves handling people with an attitude like that!

This Zaxby’s location is not a representation of the brand, nor does it live up to sanitary standards or OSHA regulations. It is in dire need of management and a top-to-bottom scrubbing. The place was disgusting and there was not a single table that was not covered in food or debris. It was so bad that we had to go back out to our vehicle, get wet wipes and clean a table ourselves just so we could sit. See the two photos -Literally the entire dining area looked like this.
Additionally, we had to go tell the employees to start cleaning, to which one of them did comply by grabbing some cleaning supplies and started cleaning. The food was OK but if theres no standards in the dining room, I do not want to think about their kitchen and how they handle my food. Sadly, dirtiness seems to be overly acceptable in the South for some reason.
This is the location almost across from Academy Sports.

I am very disappointed with the service and food I received during my recent visit. When the cashier gave us our order, I mentioned that we had ordered the “Wings and Things” meal, but she looked at me as if she didn’t understand. I explained that we were missing our chicken strips, and it took both the cashier and the cook to finally provide what I had already paid for. This made it clear that the staff is unfamiliar with the menu.
Additionally, the bread was so hard that it flaked apart, and my husband’s boneless wings, which were supposed to be sweet and spicy, had little to no sauce. When I requested extra sauce, the cashier initially tried to charge me, but I had to point out that the wings were dry before she finally gave it to me.
This experience was extremely frustrating and far below expectations. I would like to request a refund for this visit, as the quality of both the food and the service was unacceptable.

We stopped through with 2 Charter buses of high schoolers on the way to Orlando and the service was great. Fast service, very organized and the food was hot and fresh. Employees were nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean.

HORRIBLE Food was cold and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Employees were very disrespectful. I had to repeat my order 4 times and finally a guy with long dreads came over (without hair covering) and took my order. This place is disgusting.
