I know this Panera has received a lot of negative reviews, however, the management here is working incredibly hard to make this a great restaurant. At a recent visit, I forgot to pick up the scone I had ordered after eating my lunch. I’m not sure how it happened, but on my part of things I just forgot about it. When I called later that today to see if the scone might still be waiting for me, the manager was incredibly kind and understanding. He even added a credit onto my account so that I would be able to come back and enjoy my next visit. Overall, they do a good job of maintaining a clean café like atmosphere, treating customers kindly and delivering tasty food quickly.

A few months ago, I started running, and on my way home there’s a Panera nearby, so I began stopping there to grab breakfast. I initially enjoyed the convenience, but unfortunately I’ve had repeated issues with order accuracy, which has become very frustrating.
On one occasion, I ordered four sandwiches but found only three in the bag after I got home, requiring me to drive back to the store. The following week, I checked the bag before leaving and confirmed the quantity was correct, but later discovered that one sandwich was missing bacon. Again, I had to return to have it remade.
Another time, I ordered a family meal that allows either two full-size sandwiches or four half-size sandwiches. I ordered one full-size sandwich and two half-size sandwiches, but when I got home, the full-size sandwich was missing. None of the sandwiches were labeled, so it was unclear what was missing. When I returned, the manager offered a refund and remade the sandwich, but the refund never appeared even days later.
Most recently, my son picked up a chicken sandwich from this location while in a hurry. While eating it, he realized there was no chicken in the sandwich—only egg and avocado.
Because these mistakes have happened repeatedly, I’ve stopped going to this location. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect orders to be accurate, especially given the time and inconvenience caused by having to make multiple return trips.

I’ve ate at several locations and the meal choices keep getting better!! I purchase a Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich & Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. I also tried a new drink today, it was the Pomegranate Hibiscus and it was good. I choose the drive thru service but the inside is always clean. They also have a bakery selection which is amazing for everyone’s needs. Give them a try and let me know what you think!!

I was seated at a table with my water bottle and coffee and stepped away for less than a minute to use the restroom. When I came back, everything had been cleared and thrown away.
This is the second time this happens here.
Clearing a table that is clearly still in use is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously.

Terrible sandwiches and soups for ridiculously high prices. Terrible service too by employees who couldn’t care less. Who’s keeping this place in business? Don’t come here unless you want to spend $30 for a dumb sandwich and soup!

The food is good but…
– Don’t try and eat inside, you’ll wait 20+ minutes, I promise.
– The prices are insane for the proportions you get.
– Staff isn’t all that friendly most of the time. Don’t dare check in on your food… it’s apparently an insult.
– They vacuum while your eating, so you can’t even have a conversation. I appreciate the cleaning, but why not do this at closing?
My tip for you… just use the drive thru, avoid eye-contact, and forget dessert. You won’t be able to afford it.

Drive-thru service was EXCELLENT!
We had 5 different orders going thru the drive-thru… you know how that can be… and the young lady was friendly, calm, patient, and throughal as we placed our order just minutes ago. The order was complete and correct and all hot items were hot! Thanks for having a drive-thru setup during the times in need to feed people at a social distance!

I ordered a half ceaser salad for $10. What I got was a $3 salad size. My grilled cheese sandwich was bigger then the salad and it was $7. Very disappointing for what I paid for it. Won’t be doing that again.
