The burger is a real highlight — juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly put together, making it an easy choice and one of the strongest items on the menu. The lobster roll is also very enjoyable, with generous pieces of lobster and a rich, buttery dressing that feels indulgent without losing the sweetness of the seafood.
The standout side has to be the black truffle fries — unapologetically decadent, heavily perfumed with truffle, and clearly made for those who love bold flavours. They may be a touch over-the-top for some, but truffle lovers will appreciate the generosity.
Adding to the experience is the beautiful view overlooking the mountains and valleys of Crans-Montana, which elevates the meal and makes it an especially enjoyable place to linger.

Very good food. Piano player added to the ambiance. Chef intro in the kitchen was special. Only complaint is the meal took 2.5 hours, which was way too long.

One of the top 10 gastronomic experiences in my life. We had the „chef table“ concept experience, which is basically a table up to
8 people, behind the main restaurant area, in the kitchen. Our Sommelier Diego, „despite“ not being swiss, literally knew EVERY single wallis vineyard and cave and gave us perfect recommandation for the 10 dish food concept. Thank you Diego!
The food was fantastic. A whole concept with many great surprises and much attention for the smallest details. You will be really in touch with the chef and half of the dedicated staff over 2-3 hours. A truly fantastic experience. The service quality was top notch the whole evening and the place is just a dream. This is worth a highest recommandation. Make sure to give it a try ❤️

my girlfriend and I had dinner at the Le Montblanc restaurant, and I can honestly say it was the best dinner we’ve ever had. from the friendliness of the staff to the welcoming atmosphere, we were treated so warmly and welcomingly throughout. we especially thank Laureen, who was truly friendly and professional! the food was incredible, we’ll definitely be back!

Visited for Christmas Eve. It was a set menu for 210 francs. 5 or 6 course taster menu, wine not included. Service was good and food was as should be in a Michelin restaurant. Nice place to come for a special occasion….

What a nice evening with a great sunset, personalized service and good food. You feel like you are at the top of the world. its quite a drive from the village but its worth it. We also got a tour of the hotel after the dinner and the rooms are amazing, exactly the place where you want to spend Christmas. We will be back.

We had lunch in Mont Blanc yesterday, and as usual, it was excellent quality, top service and one of the most beautiful views in Wallis. We have come here many times and appreciate the new innovative dishes on the lunch card. We will be back ! Small note : we missed the round small ‘petits pains’ of the past which were delicious and we also missed the cookie and chocolate or turkish fruit with the coffee.
